Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hemmet

We had an incredibly relaxing time. This place is magical and just right for unplugging. The house is very tidy and has everything needed, kitchen super equipped. It is rustic but with love of detail. The area is super quiet and the beach minutes away. Shower a little special but totally sufficient. We pushed the mattresses or the bed together as a couple. Only here is some need for optimization. We will be happy to come back and definitely recommend the house.

A very nice well-kept cottage decorated with care in a beautiful setting. Host is friendly, responds quickly, we were allowed to stay in the cottage a little longer than the pouring time due to the later flight. Very satisfied!

We enjoyed our stay at Orm's place. Although the weather was uncomfortable, Orm's summer house gave us the perfect retreat. We felt at home and the house made it possible for us thanks to the good amenities (games, fireplace, DVDs and a great kitchen equipment for cooking and baking!) We were able to come down between the years and the Danish coast enjoy!

Perfect stay, it was like being at home, the kids didn't want to leave anymore! Wonderful host, accurate and always available to solve any problem. If I had to go back to Billund one day, I would definitely like to stay there again.

Really a nice and cozy summerhouse, which was a short distance to the beach and sunset. Cozy visit of deer, pheasants and hares in the garden and by the lake behind the house. Would definitely recommend the cottage.

I love booking on Airbnb because I like the individual houses and amenities. Niels' house fully met our expectations. The loving decor with taste, which was very functional with the light-flooded rooms, including the small artwork, made you feel at home. The beds were extra comfy and I've never slept as well as in this place. Everything was very clean and maintained. We were there over New Year's Eve, everything was discreetly lit for Christmas, with decorated fir trees around the house, so it was never really dark in the evening, so you could easily find your way around. For me and my boyfriend it was a perfect vacation. Thank you Niels for letting us being your guests.

We spent a total of four days there and it was just beautiful. The house and location are just perfect to get away from it all. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, hot tub and oven. These were easy to use and you could relax so well. Other amenities, too, leave nothing to be desired. It's all you need. Communication with Katja was also great, quick and easy. I can only recommend the place and I don't think I was there for the last time either. Thank you for the time!

Maria and Jeppe's apartment was as described in the pictures, clean and cozy! The communication went great — quick and helpful responses. We were given a small booklet at the beginning, with directions and places in the area, which was very helpful for us personally. My boyfriend and I would come back anytime, we had a great weekend at the apartment!

We were two families on a LegoLand trip and Annekes place was perfect. Lots of toys and things to do on the property. The drive to LegoLand was about 30 minutes but it was worth it concurring the price and the relaxed country side atmosphere. Just be mindful that the check-out is 10 am which we thought was a bit early, however it was possible to pay 300DKK for cleaning.

Our stay in Victoria's appartment was simply great. We stayed for new year's 2023 and were hoping to spend two quiet nights away from the big fireworks. The view on the beach is really amazing, what a view to wake up to! The flat is easy to find, self-checkin was seamless and we found the place and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We slept in the bed in the small bedroom and found it good for two nights. A small Spar supermarket is closeby in case you need to buy anything. The beach is just outside and we took some nice walks there. It is good to bring rubber/waterproof shoes. During our stay, the outdoor and indoor pool were closed due to renovations, but we were able to make use of the sauna which was really great! There are two small saunas in the building where you can find the indoor pool. Communication with Victoria was simply great. Overall, I can highly recommend this place, I think it is perfect for two people. I can imagine it might be more crowded in summer.

We had a wonderful time at Merete's apartment. The place was very cozy and yet tastefully decorated, we liked the quiet location very much. The communication with Merete and Anders was also very pleasant on site, they are very charming and considerate hosts. Highly recommended 😊🙏

The place is nice. It is easy for my son to walk to see his brother who study near by. The host is very friendly and flexible. We definitely recommend this place if you which to enjoy the historic house. It was lovely and comfortable.

Cozy little place close to all the major attractions in Billund (Lego House, Legoland, Lalandia). Also within walking distance to supermarkets. We had a great stay and will visit again in the future!

We were happy to stay in their home. Great activities outside for the kids. Plenty of space in both the house and garden. Lovely with shopping opportunities within walking distance and easy to get to the exhibition center.

Our vacation at the villa in Hjerting, Esbjerg, was simply fantastic! The hosts were super friendly, straightforward and always quick to reach. Especially for families, the house is an absolute hit – our children found the many play and employment opportunities in the house and garden fantastic, the family-friendly equipment makes everyday life much easier even on vacation and we all immediately felt comfortable.   The house is very clean and beautifully decorated in Danish design. You can tell immediately how much attention to detail is here. A real dream house!   The location in Hjerting is ideal: supermarket, beach, snack bar or ice cream parlor are a 5-10 minute walk away. In addition, the area offers many great excursion options, everything can be reached within a maximum of 30-40 minutes.   We were just completely satisfied and can highly recommend this house. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Peter's place! The house had plenty of space for our family and the location was perfect. We could walk to the Lego House, Legoland, and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. We especially enjoyed the many sitting areas around the house and the outdoor patio area for relaxing in the evenings. This is a great family-friendly place to stay and we would highly recommend!

We celebrated Christmas with our 2 children in Rikke's house and had a fantastic time. With 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and a nice cafe opposite the location was perfect for us. The house was wonderfully cozy, our children enjoyed the toys and we were equipped with all the comforts. Nothing but good about this beautiful place! Thanks Rikke!
