Great renovated large apartment, ideal for group stays, good location, only downside with 9 people only a shower!

We had a very nice stay at this historic house. We've wanted to spend a weekend here for a long time, and staying in such an old building was a special experience. The house is cozily furnished, and especially the fireplace was our highlight – its warmth and the crackling of the fire made the evenings special. The hosts were very friendly and gave us valuable tips for excursions in the area. A great place for history lovers – highly recommended!

We had a great winter vacation time in Mark's beautiful place in the Harz: We totally enjoyed the tobogganing in front of the house and on the groomed toboggan slope in the village, the evenings by the fireplace and the magnificent view of the snowy ski slope. The apartment is super tastefully decorated, nothing is missing. On a positive note, I would like to mention the ear sticks, tampons and the hair dryer in every bathroom. That's very nice. :) Excursions to the Samson pit in St. Andreasberg and Wernigerode Castle aka the "Winterstein School" from "The School of Magical Animals" found our children really exciting. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

We were on site as a group of four for a weekend in Wernigerode/Schierke and were directly enthusiastic about the accommodation. The host always responded to our questions the same day and was very accommodating with the last minute rebooking of our visit, due to a private emergency. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your reliability and goodwill! The accommodation itself was clean, furnished as described (as a small info: instead of an oven there is a microwave with oven function, which also worked well) and prepared the beds for us according to our wishes. However, most importantly - we felt right at home there! The location of the accommodation was good according to our requirements, shopping and coming to the bakery in the morning was very easy. All in all we had an excellent and relaxing stay and would book Villa Charlotte next time too!

Very modern and beautiful accommodation in a central location in Erfurt. We felt right at home. With the tram you are in no time at all in the center. The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and uncomplicated.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything worked out for us and we would recommend the accommodation at any time.

We enjoyed our stay on the 3rd Advent weekend. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated - there was even some Christmas decor. At check-in, we had help from the host's partner - very patient when opening the key safe. A working TV or wifi would be the cherry on the weekend. We are happy to recommend.
