Nice summer house with its own entrance and garden. It is 500 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the center. In the vicinity you will find beautiful nature (beach, dunes and forest), cycling and hiking trails, nice surrounding villages and the city of Alkmaar is 8 km away. There is also plenty to experience in Egmond itself. It has a lovely beach and a cozy center with a non stop holiday feeling. In summer and winter! Upon arrival, you will receive a parking card with which you can park for free.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and cozy. A 5-minute walk will take you to the centre of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water.
