Felt right at home in this lovely spot! Apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with every detail considered. Great walkable location, plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby.

They were amazing at communicating and the place was fantastic. Literally needed to book same day and they were on top of it helping me be able to book the stay when I needed it

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

El edificio me encantó. Todo es exactamente igual a cómo aparece en las fotos, de hecho me parecio que el apartamento es grande y super cómodo. A pesar de ser un edificio con tantos apartamentos para renta, es super silencioso. Dormí muy bien. La cocina está dotada con lo básico para quienes disfrutamos cocinar mientras viajamos. La ubicación maravillosa, la vista increíble. Me quedaría nuevamente en Natiivo.

We had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Lots of great restaurants surrounding and the mini grocery store connected to the apartment building was super convenient! It was a tad noisy at night with sirens, trash collectors, etc but that’s a given being in the downtown location. Within the unit and the hallways it was extremely quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe being that the building is fully secured and the concierge is there 24/7. Overall it was a fantastic experience and would stay again!

Lovely home, very quiet, very pretty sight lines, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, whole house is very livable, porches wonderfully quiet with sound of the creek below, we stayed for three weeks and everything we needed was there. Excellent climate control. Easy to andjust Easy parking in driveway and on street for visitors. Cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Extremely convenient to city, shopping, park and water. Easy short walk to park and water and trails, oh the trails are wonderful. Thank you Scott and Sally!

Beautiful house with a good amount of room inside and outside. The place was well kept and organized. Location was perfect with a short walk to downtown.

The house was amazing! Everything was just as pictured, if not nicer, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved using the outdoor area during our stay and the pool was great to swim in (spacious for a big group). Would definitely stay here again.

The place had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was beautiful. We did have a rental car, and the location was convenient for getting around Austin by driving. Host was very polite and responsive.

Our stay at Kyle’s Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful — stylishly decorated and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy! The location was perfect, providing easy access to East 6th, Lady Bird lake and all the Austin restaurants and funtivities! From poolside lounging to late-night laughter, every moment was unforgettable. This place truly elevated our celebration, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Awesome stay and the perfect house. Location was spot on — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you’d want within arm’s reach. But the real stars? The Japanese toilet (yes, it deserves its own shoutout) and the sauna — absolute game-changers. Comfort level: dangerously high.

Nil’s place was great! The condo was perfectly sized - spacious but cozy. And clean! The pool was also so nice to relax at and watch the sunset behind the skyline. The coffee, cocktails, and convenience shop that was attached to the lobby was a great amenity. The only downside about our stay was just the building itself. The elevators were very faulty with the key card function and we usually had to wait awhile to get on an elevator once called. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place. Nil was also very responsive and helpful, especially with getting an early check-in!

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

Great place! Super comfy bed with blackout curtains, gym in the building, walking distance to lots of places in a great safe neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful! Only drawback was quite low water pressure in shower.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a girls trip. We had the BEST time! Jasons place is in a perfect location, excellent amenities, beautiful views, great atmosphere, quiet and private but also the lobby area and pool deck are great spaces to hang out! Absolutely worth the price, will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.

Cute little stay. The only negative thing I have to say is the elevators. There are 33 floors so it took at least 5 minutes every time we needed to go up or downstairs. When we needed to check out the process took 30 minutes. Everything else was really pretty and great.
