Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hays County

This was the perfect location for our stay in Austin. Close to so many good restaurants, bars, coffee shops! The house is cozy without being cluttered. We loved it!

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Wonderful location! Great setup with kid friendly accessories. Easy check in and informative instructions.

This stay was to visit and spend time with our son who goes to TXST. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for our family and some friemds to visit. Location was a short 10 min drive to target or Heb which is always nice and necessary when staying at an air bnb. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

The house was super clean! It was near restaurants that were easy to drive to. We enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Brandon's Airbnb in Austin! The sleek, modern design was impressive, and the spacious yard was perfect for my dogs. They went above and beyond with amenities—even providing snacks—which made the experience extra welcoming. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and just a quick trip to downtown. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Austin!

We can’t say enough about Jenna and her home! It was absolutely perfect. We had 11 total and we were comfortable at all times, hanging out, cooking and sleeping. It was great for the kids with us. Plenty for them to do; jumping on the trampoline, swinging, walking to the park, tons of toys, books and games. The location was perfect also. Not too close to Austin but close enough we could run up anytime we wanted. Buda had everything we needed, restaurants , groceries and shopping. When we come to Austin again we will definitely stay at Jenna’s.

Everything was great - great house for a big group! Lots of supplies and a friendly cooking kitchen! Jessica was super quick to respond to questions!

My fiancee and I stayed ten nights at Jane's lovely place with no issues. It was a comfortable stay tucked away into a quiet neighborhood while still being walking distance from general stores and bus stops. Check in was private and easy! The room was well stocked with comfortable decorations, appliances, and even some spices for home cooked meals. Jane was very thoughtful and dropped off extra toiletries as well as a small letter and a gift! We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Stayed here for a few months and absolutely loved the space! The location felt very central—it's close to downtown, the Domain, etc. The apartment is in great condition, and Kaya is a very responsive and kind host!

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. Having dedicated and secure parking is real plus! We plan on staying again in the future and exploring the area more.

Good place to stay in for quick weekend trips and are on a budget. Love that it’s dog friendly. Easy place to find. Easy checkin. Close to downtown and the University of Texas. Place looked a little run down on the outside, but was well kept on the inside. Bed was very comfortable; the couch not so much. Host was very quick to respond to texts. Overall, we had a very good stay.

I had an extended stay at Mikhail's place and it truly felt like home! Given the location, it was a lot quieter than I expected and the bed is so comfortable! The unit also has brand new appliances and big TV, which was greatly appreciated. The inside is very well maintained, very clean, and felt like there was much thought and effort put into making the place a nice stay. Plus, the bus stop to downtown is only a 5 minute walk. Mikhail was very responsive and helped me find the place when I got a little lost (Google can give wrong directions). Overall, I'll definitely plan on staying here agian!

Immaculate. Super spacious with kitchen, large living area, and large bedroom. Lovely little deck area too!

Beautiful peace of property. Can see beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was amazing. Eli was very helpful and responsive. The owners need to know that. Saw deer early morning. Wanted to stay longer plan to go back and use their amazing pool and stay in one of the suites with great views.

We loved staying at Blair House Inn. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The spa was amazing also. We just fell in love with everything.

Very much enjoyed staying at Veronique’s place, she was a very hospitable host and the home was exactly as advertised (actually maybe more well-stocked than I anticipated, the kitchen/bathroom had above and beyond the basics). Not too much within walking distance from the home but still easy enough to drive to Barton Creek, out to Jester King, or into Austin, and this place provides a nice peaceful retreat.

There was nothing that went wrong, best time for me was the mornings when I could get up and fix coffee before heading to our son's home a few miles away! The size of the place was so much more than I thought from the Inn's site. We were so close to the stores I love to visit when in town!! Would stay here again for sure!!!
