Vacation rentals in Hay Bay

Incredibly beautiful surroundings, right on the lake. Private and plenty to do with lake watching, kayaking and walking. The house was spotless, simple, comfortable and welcoming, great for a family of four. The fireplace and windows in the main bedroom were gorgeous. Kara and Serge were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be going again.

Our time at Debbie’s cottage could not have been better. We spent our days at all the local wineries which were no further than a 20 minute drive and our evenings by the dock watching the breathtaking sunsets. Debbie was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not think of a better place to have spent our 8 year anniversary. We cannot wait to be back one day soon :) Thank you Debbie!!!

We had a great stay. Host met us at the door and showed us around. We two adults, two kids, and a dog and we had room to spare. Kitchen was very well equipped, easy street parking right in front, and though no washer the laundromat was right across the street. Easy walk to cute downtown and the river too. Michael was very communicative and made sure we had a great time. For sure would stay again.

Great location and a cozy place to set up home base while exploring the Wellington area. The balcony was awesome for morning coffee while taking in the lake view. We’ll be back!

it's our second stay at Tara's place and once again it was the peacefull oasis we were looking for! I will never get tired of this view. the quick and easy access to the lake is wonderful with kids, a quick splash before lunch time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s the perfect getaway—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us has to be the sunsets. We've traveled to many places, but nothing compares to the breathtaking sunsets here. The view is simply magical, with the sky painted in the most vibrant hues. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the porch has become our favorite part of each day. We can't recommend this place enough !

We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop.
