Spent a significant portion of my life living in Canterbury so feel somewhat qualified to say that the location is excellent, being both close to the station, town centre, good restaurants, Westgate Gardens, etc. Accomodation is neat, tidy and well appointed. An all round lovely stay and perfect for a city break.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Really lovely flat in great location, very clean and cosy. Zoe was excellent with communication and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be returning. The flat has everything you need and is lovely and quiet whilst being a stones throw away from the sea front and main pier. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Niki's two-bedroom flat in Brighton! The location is perfect—just a short walk from Brighton Station, yet situated on a quiet street. It was an easy stroll to The Lanes, the seafront, and all the amazing restaurants and bars. Niki was an outstanding host. She communicated promptly and went above and beyond with her recommendations for local attractions and dining. The flat itself was just what we needed—clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. It felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore Brighton!

Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great accomdation and home on top of a hill in Brighton. Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay, accomdation had everything we needed. Within walking distance of the Lanes, the seafront, and Sea Lanes. some great local pubs on the doorstep as well. Many Thanks we woulld book again

We had a brilliant time staying in Jane's beautiful home. It was comfortable, spacious and immaculate. It was also easy to get into the city centre, whilst allowing us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of amenities nearby and easy to find. Our host was extremely responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Would happily stay again!

Fantastic girls weekend at a superb location. We stayed in the basement flat which was large, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our stay. Love that we could have brought the dogs (good to know for next time). Food recommendations were spot on, and location couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Host was commutative, and responsive, and our welcome pack was such a wonderful added extra. We’re currently discussing now amongst ourselves when our next stay will be!

It was a nice stay. The place is in a great location, just a 9 min walk from the train station and a 5 min walk to the sea and city center. Dan was a wonderful host, check in was very easy, we found everything we needed coffee, tea, some food and even a bottle of Prosecco, thank you so much! We also had an early check in and late check out , which was really convenient.

Had such an enjoyable stay at David's place. It really felt like a home away from home. Easy walk to the seafront and into the centre with shops really close by to the flat. David was so helpful in any questions that we had and made the stay so much easier. Would 100% stay again when we come back to Brighton. Thank you David!

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

My friends and I stayed at Natalie's lovely flat for the Brighton Half Marathon weekend and it was absolutely perfect. If you're a runner planning on doing the event, absolutely get this place booked! It's a stone's throw from the start/finish line and walkable into Brighton. Lovely flat, immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could want. And thank you for the biscuits!

Return visit to spend time with our daughter who lives in Hove. Dog friendly, two bedroom two bathroom accommodation ideal for our needs, well presented and clean. Great communication with owner. We would book again.

Our mid week break in Whitstable was perfect. We appreciated a dedicated parking space with the well equipped accomodation. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the amenities in Whitstable with fabulous cafes and shops! We slept well in the flat and it was a quiet area at night. Loved all the local artwork and even bought some myself! Thank you John! John and Sandra
