Had a wonderful 2 night stay to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. Julie even decorated with 30th birthday banners. Amazing house and loved the 5 en-suite bedrooms plus the double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Garden with the climbing frame/slide/swings was a hit with the 2 kids and hot tub was perfect. My so also managed to leave his family's coats in a wardrobe and Julie has even offered to drop them off to us in Wroxham. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful house and can't wait to come again.

A beautifully cosy & homely cottage for our New Year break away with our girls, friends and pooches! The girls loved the secret twin bedroom! Having a secure, enclosed garden meant we could let the dogs out without worry. Amanda was friendly and responsive - thank you!

This place was exactly what we needed for a night away to escape to the coast. Such a beautiful cottage and some nice treats on arrival too! Never been to Overstrand before but as with everywhere in Norfolk the coastline was stunning. Local pub the White Horse was great too, very accommodating with our noisy kids and we felt right at home. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Very big space, large bedrooms, beds extremely comfortable, en-suites with large showers. Great communication with Victoria, would 100% stay again. Great location for exploring too, love that part of the country 👌

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rogers place! From the moment we arrived, Roger made us feel incredibly welcome with a thoughtful touches such as a personalised note, a lovely welcome basket, and a quick tour of the space. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— We visited Diss, Beccles, the 100th Bomb Group Museum and costal locations such as Southwold and Thorpness. Plus we found an excellent farm shop (Goodies) located not far away. Due to allergies we find it difficult to find places to eat out. Having a the incredibly well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and food to eat while we were out exploring. The super comfy bed and the quiet location and Jacuzzi bath really made a difference when it came it to relaxing. We did experience a couple of issues which were resolved by Roger quickly who couldn’t have been more apologetic.

A really lovely stay in Cromer! The house is exactly as advertised, extremely clean, very well furnished and everything of a high standard. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Cromer and the beach. Lovely quiet street with parking in the road. A splendid stay, thank you Lydia!
