Cottage vacation rentals in Havelock North

We had a great stay, the cottage was lovely and the surrounding property beautiful. We were within easy distance for everything we wanted to do.

While perfectly private and set amongst beautiful countryside the place was a great base for exploring Hawkes Bay without being too far from anything— and with a great spa and sauna to relax in after a long day! Cam provided us with greens and herbs from the garden and a fantastically bright and sunny demeanor despite the rainy weather— making a memorable experience for our family we hope to repeat in the near future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The cottage was modern and had everything we needed, the outlook was just beautiful and we were so close to everything in town. Even though it rained most of our visit, we still enjoyed every second of our stay. We LOVED being able to get up close with the farm animals, our 6 year old had a blast! 10/10 and highly recommend to stay here. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit again from our next visit from Australia ❤️

It was a paradise close to Napier. If you prefer the silence and the nature and you appriciate to have fresh vegetable from the garden and fresh eggs from the chicken next door than you are 100 % at the right place. If you are keen in yoga you have your own cottage for the exercise. For us it was just a dream.

Ingrid is indeed a generous super host. Her attention to detail was appreciated by us all. The house is lovely and comfortable. We were especially pleased with the beds. Ingrid was always available to answer questions and to make suggestions. We had a grand time.

We were two couples from different cities wanting to meet to catch up, enjoy the Hawke's Bay and attend a Mission Estate Concert. We really enjoyed staying in Ribbonwood Cottage and with two bedrooms and two ensuites, it was perfect for us. The weather was on best behaviour, we ate and drank too much, but it was a pleasurable overindulgence. We didn't meet Jane nor did we need to and she responded promptly to all our communications. The cottage is in beautiful countryside but within easy reach of Havelock North. It is very well equipped and furnished and has a very comfortable bed. We thoroughly recommend it and would like to stay there again on our next trip to see family in NZ

Great place for our family to stay. So close to the beach and shops. Nice and clean and also very quiet at night.

Great stay, very clean and had everything we needed - fully equip kitchen, comfy beds, aircon in the main living area, quiet and peaceful but only 15-20min from the town. Compared to other places we have stayed in Hastings for similar prices, this airbnb was much better value.

We had such a good time and enjoyed each and every moment. Heather just started with renting out this amazing place and did a fantastic job. We immediately felt like home. It’s a wonderful, quiet place with lots of attention to detail - we would come back anytime!

Booked for a family member who was blown away with how amazing it was. Absolutely stunning, peaceful and beautiful a true slice of paradise. Close enough to town if needed to pop out and get anything , but further enough away to feel fully surrounded by nature.

My wife and I, along with a couple from Sydney, stayed two days at John's & Leonie's place. It is a wonderful cottage with symmetrical bedroom and ensuite on either side with a spacious living and kitchen in the middle. The place overlooks a sheep farm and is a beautiful change to unwind and relax. We loved everything about the place, and it was in easy driving distance to Havelock North, Hastings and Napier. We would love to stay again when we visit Hawkes Bay.

Another great stay at this Airbnb. The location is amazing- very peaceful being away from the road, yet so close to the Havelock North village. If it’s available in a years time we will be back again.

We have stayed at Max's Place a number of times before and each time has been great! Belinda and Phil are lovely hosts, always welcoming but respecting your privacy at the same time. It's a great location and has all the amentities you need, including comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and lovely outside area. Great additional touches such as Nespresso machine and coffee, eggs provided, which were really appreciated. Highly recommended to all!

The seaside cottage was well equipped with comfortable furnishings and a lovely view to the beach across the road where you had a boardwalk that followed the coastline. We loved that we could walk to dinner and several cafes. My sister visiting from London thought it was a wonderful place to relax. I will definitely take other visitors to stay at Seaside Cottage.

Second time I’ve stayed at Bull in the Vines. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet retreat but still be only a short drive from activities. Will be booking again!
