I love this place! My 3rd time staying here and every time there are more upgrades. The Restaurant is wonderful, top tier. The staff is wonderful, so good to see a familiar face, they treat me so well. The place is 5 star for Cuba. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic time arranged by Mr Navi at la casa del Nonno Tomas. Clean, well located and wonderful hospitality. Cars were waiting at the airport to drive us to the house. Mr Navi’s nieces greeted us on arrival and provided useful tips. Nonno Tomas and his son were wonderful hosts who made us feel like family. Breakfast was delicious. We could not recommend this place more highly.

Trinidad is a charming room and the hostal has a good atmosphere. Yami, Augusto, Maggie, and Irelis truly bring it to life - they are the heart and soul of this place. Their warmth and hospitality made my three-week stay unforgettable. I’m so grateful for their help, engaging conversations, and all the laughs we shared. The Trinidad room is quiet and exactly as described. The hostal has a good location and I always felt safe going out alone at night.

Finally I have a place where to come back in La Habana. I stayed there ten days, for me, the most important things where the quietness of the surrounthings and the quality of the food, it's so convinient to not to have to go out to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and also much cheaper than outside. The house is amazing, I had the oportunity to visit nearly all the rooms, they are all so nice. There are different aéreas where you can read or work with the computer, internet works very well. Also, if you don't want to pay a taxi to go to the old Habana you can take the bus, there are buses that take you right to the centre without changing buses. The staff is also so nice, friendly and took good care of me. Looking forward to come back!

Fantastic, Sergio greeted me and he was very kind and attentive. I was visiting with my daughter and would always come back, very safe the place and close to the historic center. I would only recommend a big warning at the door because I wasn't sure when arriving if it was the right place, but for everything else it was wonderful!

The best place you can ever find. Affordable, generator 24/7 supporting aircon, top notch logistics and service from Julia, fantastic reasonably priced food, pin drop quietness and clean and affluent neighbourhood, 10 minutes from Vieja by taxi. Julia will give you the taxi contact - so fast and efficient - so unlike Cuba 🤭. $6-10 to Vieja. Julia and team, Muchas Gracias for this beautiful oasis that I looked forward to coming home every single day. It was nothing short of amazing.

Julia's place is the most adorable B & B for rest and relaxation. The restaurant on site has incredible food and the bar makes the best drinks. Hanging out with family and friends by the pool and listening to live music is also what you can expect to find. I even did a little dancing with Julia mothers day. Her staff is amazing friendly and I would recommend staying here. Julia can help you arrange tours and car service if you want to experience some if the tourist areas. She will help make your stay amazing. I will be returning !

We stayed with Julia for a couple of days. Partly through airbnb and partly via Expedia. Julia and her staff will give you a warm welcome. This place is perfect for those who like their peace and quiet, whilst still being close enough to Havana. The room was good and clean. There is an indoor private little pool in the room, but honest; not sure what to use it for. It is a nice gimmick. The outdoor pool is inviting and the grounds are equally nice and well kept. The house is beautiful. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. All in all I would give it five Cuban-stars, meaning it is a perfect price-quality mix with friendly staff that will help you with all you need. Even though this might seem a tad to far away from Havana city, we found it a nice “refugio” away from the hustle. A taxi will bring you to the city center in about 20 minutes, while at the same time you can enjoy a day at the pool followed by a lovely dinner in the restaurant. We will be back.

Nestor was very kind and helpful to my father and sister during their stay. He is an excellent and experienced host who cares about his guests and strives to make sure their stay is comfortable.

Nice place feeling like been at home .

Simple but clean and equipped with air conditioning. It is a few hundred meters walk from many restaurants and places to visit. Alex and his staff are a guarantee, always offering great services quickly and reliably, you can count on them and trust them without problems.

This place was amazing. We had a group of 15 young adults, and we purchased the entire hotel for 11 days. Gretel, the one who I communicated with prior to the stay over the course of 3 months was amazing. She was very responsive, clear, and worked everything out that we needed. Alex, who is the owner of the property was a class-act. Great guy with a beautiful family who is a great host. He and his wife run the property and they gave us a great exchange rate which was better than most banks and other venders in Cuba. Although Alex and his wife were great, the staff their is amazing. Rosanne, Jhonaz, and Lidia Maria made all of us feel at home. Spending 11 days in a foreign country with a large group can be challenging, and since Havana does not have as much accessibility to wifi as other countries, we were completely off the grid. However, the staff mentioned above really became like our friends. It is important to note also that they all were extremely professional at all times. The restaurant on the rooftop was amazing. Some of the best food in the area. Very reasonably priced and the service was great. They have live music on some nights. The breakfast was prepared fast, but felt like having a home cooked meal. I highly recommend this place for your stay, especially if you have large groups, or if you are just in Havana for a weekend. When I return to Cuba, I will stay no where else, but here. This place provides a try Cuban hospitality experience.

Very nice hostal, safe and very clean. Staff is super friendly and helps with everything. The only thing that did not always work is the internet but this is not the casas fault but due to general problems in Cuba to have reliable internet. overall can highly recommend!

We had a double bed room and although it is very small it was very clean and had immentities we weren't expecting such as iron, blow dryer, and stocked fridge. The host as well as employees are extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. The location although it looked run down (realized all of cuba is in same condition) was amazing and can't stress how SAFE it is. Me (female) and my female friend walked in the area late at night and felt safer than I do in my suburb in the US. During our visit we also went to central and vedado Havana and quickly realized vieja Havana was the best location in Havana to spend the majority of our time in. I would highly recommend this casa particular!

It was 4 days in your house and it seemed like we had always known each other!! Thank you so much for everything , they are a very cheerful family and attentive to customers , the last day we had to return to Italy, I had my sick son and we intercepted phone numbers so they could know how my son was there, that's something very nice of him and I will always remember him, thank you very much for everything!! , and I recommend everyone to stop by this wonderful house and share with this beautiful family, a greeting for Bruno, merci and sun ... 😘😘😘
