Nice views from a wall of windows, the beds are excellent including allergy pillow cases, all supplies are there, Robert is responsive and helpful, showers are excellent, wi-fi in every room, big TVs in every room. Highly recommended!

everything very trankilo

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

First time staying at an Airbnb and Melissa made the experience so great. The location is safe my friend and I walked around to go get food and get snacks late at night and it was safe. There is a police station a block away. There is nice restaurants and bars down the street. The house was cool when we got there and it was so nice and clean. Exactly like the pictures. Melissa let us know the hot water was not working but the water was great to shower in with the humid hot weather. We had no issues. There was a power outage (which is very common in PR) we lost all our food in the fridge but Melissa was very fast to come by and try to fix the fridge but she replaced it with a mini fridge. I was so happy to meet her and she was very nice and a great host. We will def recommend her to anyone going to PR. We had an amazing time. No complaints at all. Thank you again!! 🫶🏻

Alexandra and Felix were superb hosts in every respect. They went way way above the call of duty in making my stay a very pleasant one. The location was excellent since I was teaching at San Juan Hospital and the walk from Managua was under 20 minutes. Because they have solar backup power, I had no problems at all with power and with the air conditioner. They have my highest rec's.

The host Lucy is very nice,friendly and all above.The place was very clean and nicely put together. If you need anything or ask a question she will reply fast.If I was to come back to puerto rico I will book with her again her place is a 10/10.

The Airbnb was in a great area, close to a lot of restaurants, the mall, and freeway. Lots of things to do around! The place was cozy and well equipped. Thanks so much for hosting me and family!

Ours was not a vacation stay. We are a local family that needed a place to stay while waiting to move to a new home. We spent a month and a half a JB's place. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace/porch and the bbq. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. JB was a great host. He was always available to answer our calls promptly. He even checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. JB's place is a great option for a big family, local or tourist. Visitors will find a good and charming place to stay at JB his place. We certainly recommend this house.

Very clean and comfortable Airbnb. Dennis was a great communicator. Loved that the house felt like 3 different apartments.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

First time in PR and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. They have all the amenities in the apt, sunscreen, beach chair, beach bag. It was perfect. Clean and cozy place to stay. Felt safe all the time. Walking distance to the beach and “La Placita”. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are responsive and would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to San Juan.

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

Jose is a wonderful and very responsive host. The condo met our expectations, was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We’ve been to PR several times and this has been one of our favorite’s. Jose, thanks again for being a wonderful host.

The location is perfect-Isla Verde is a beautiful beach and the Condo is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The building staff are very helpful and Uber is phenomenal. We rented a car for a couple of days to play golf and walk through Old San Juan. The bulding is quiet , clean and the pool is gorgeous.

The place is just what we needed to rest. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Although the building needs renovation, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a long stay in Puerto Rico. It is safe and comfortable. The host was very nice and attentive. One of the bedrooms is very small but you can manage just fine with the rest of the space. We would definitely would stay again.

Ray's condo is very well located near Condado Beach, just 5 minutes walking. The bedrooms are large especially the master bedroom. All mattresses are very comfortable. The living room is very large with many seating areas. The kitchen is well equiped. Ray was very fast replying to my messages and gave us all clear answers. I surely recommend Ray's condo for your trip to San Juan, and Condado Beach area.

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%
