Really enjoyed our weekend away, great communication from the start. Quite and quirky cottage, so peaceful even though it's on a road, this wasn't a problem for us.. The hot tub was amazing.. A great extra to the weekend...☺️☺️

Really lovely stay! The location is beautiful and the property is perfectly set up. Larissa was very helpful, answering any queries quickly and in a really friendly and useful manner. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, whether you need a quick overnight stop or a longer stay in the stunning British countryside, you won’t get much better than this!!

What a lovely place. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is about a mile from Bexhill-on-Sea, so under 30 mins each each way to walk. Very close to Hastings and other local villages to drive to. The home was well kitted out, lots of space for us to spread out and for our dog to roam outside in the garden. Close to the sea and to walk into town. Ella was very responsive to any messages which we really appreciated.

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

absolutely stunning. took my mum and older kids for a family weekend for a Christmas present. the cottage is cosy and just so cute. it has something for everyone my son's watched sky movies in the open plan kitchen.I drunk wine with mum in the beautiful cottage lounge and relaxed. we all enjoyed the hot tub and views. cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate in the conservatory. The bath was a absolute perfect end to the day before falling in to a very comfortable bed. in my room I had sky TV so everyone had enough space if needed. it's a absolutely hidden gem and very private with stunning views and well kept garden. tenterden is only 10 mins drive where there's restaurants, pubs and a large tesco. the cottage is so perfect we didn't need to go out and seek things to do. if I could rate this beautiful air BNB I would give it 6 out of five but I can only give it five out five . thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home 🙏🏻❤️

A little piece of heaven. We arrived to the warmest of welcomes from Peter who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottage is beautiful with lovely views of the countryside and sea in the distance The hot tub was pristine and at a perfect temperature and a joy to sit in even in the rain looking at the stars. The pool was a lovely bonus and we enjoyed using it several times. It is big enough to have an enjoyable seim and a good temperature . Having sole use is a rare commodity. We have already booked to come back and can’t thank Peter and family enough.

Excellent holiday cottage set in idyllic surroundings, each facillity Within the cottage were as described and we felt imeediately comfortable! Local restaurants were excellent so much so we eat out all week, so very well satisfied all round My contact at beachy head estate office (evie) was excellent in Handling our enquiries before and during our stwy, so Evie take a bow for a job well done

Two nights just wasn’t enough, we could have stayed far longer. It is a fabulous little cottage where you can escape the noise of the everyday. Perfect location, so peaceful. The cottage itself was lovely and very clean. The bed was comfortable, shower fantastic and all the little things had been thought about, especially in the kitchen. Short drive to Rye for great choice of eateries and Camber Sands for a lovely long walk. All in all a perfect break - we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Had a really enjoyable and relaxing short break. The cottage is full of character and very comfortable, and the log burner made for a cosy weekend. Lovely walks straight out from the cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed our few days away here. Felt very homely. Very generous with the provisions she had left for us. Kept in touch to make sure we were ok. Very friendly Labrador came to say hello. Brilliant base for Ashdown Forest, one of my favourite places. Will definitely be back!

Really gorgeous place, down a path off the road. A little hard to find but Lynda's directions were spot on. I parked on The Broadway which was easy to get to the lane and cottage. Super warm and cosy, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was like a cloud and the secure front garden was great to let me dog out and sniff about safely! Will be back!

We really enjoyed Jackie’s place and felt right at home. The shower was lovely, the bed was comfy we slept very well. The dogs settled in quick and enjoyed the treats Jackie kindly left for them. The personal touches inside were a pleasant surprise. Thank you for having us.

we had a lovely stay, the cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and local amenities were identified. The cottage was also centrally located so we were able to explore the local towns. The host responded quickly to emails and dealt with them quickly. we will definately be back

Brenda's accommodation is truly worth the five stars given. Everything has been thought of to make guests feel completely welcomed, relaxed and comfortable. All rooms were spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The 'welcome pack' of eggs, milk, bread, butter, jam, fruit and biscuits was so generous. The accommodation is positioned in a tranquil village but is within easy reach of Rye and other local places of interest. Brenda is an absolute diamond! Would heartily recommend!

Great little cottage but spacious. We had three adults and two dogs there and didn’t feel cramped. Looks exactly like the photos. Kitchen was easy to use, bedrooms were comfortable and shower and toilet were nice and clean. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time at Jo’s Jo was extremely attentive and responded immediately. So many great touches like coffee, tea, orange juice and eggs. The area and the view are absolutely stunning, honestly the pictures do not do justice compared to when you are there!!!

My 14 year old and I had a fantastic time at Romy's place. We went on some fantastic walks. There are two on AllTrails that go right past the property. Romy was super helpful and welcoming. She also gave some good tips on walks and local pubs. We definitely plan to return.
