Had a Family get together in and around the weekend of the Midmar Mile. Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and felt right at home with helpful staff. I left my camera bag when we checked out. A big shout out to Paula who contacted me and went out of her trouble to very kindly dropped this off with me later that day. Lovely setting, beautifully decorated and extremely functional for family and friends.

Great place and value. Exactly as advertised. Quiet area. Darrell, who was very friendly and hospitable, met us, gave us the keys and showed us around.

The perfect stay for a long weekend. Lots to do in the area and the accommodation was excellent. The surroundings a view are fantastic as well as the peace a quite. Will definitely go back.

Hilton is a lovely area, and the mist can be quite deceiving if you're looking to do activities outside Hilton! The accommodation was as advertised. Perhaps not suggested for more than 3 adults, ideal for a family of 4. 3 very friendly dogs are on the property. Parking is a bit of an issue, the undercover parking can only shield a small vehicle. All other parking is open. The road leading to the accommodation is poor, so be warned of that. Mary-Ann was responsive to all requests, and open to speak in person or instant messaging. The unit contains all the expected basics, with a lovely bath and a baby bath, which was quite handy in our case! I would most certainly recommend her if you're staying in Hilton.

Lovely spot in a beautiful location! Daniel's cottage is perfectly situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to all amenities and central to exploring the Midlands. The little backyard had nice seating and set up to have a braai, which we really enjoyed. Definitely will stay again.

The place was beautiful, secured and felt like home. I wish the property owner told us that there would be people coming in early morning who had keys as well, we didn’t know how to react to people walking around property. Apart from that, it’s worth another visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s beautiful home. Very private and peaceful. Amazing views. Everything was clean and well cared for. Matched the description and pictures. Debbie was very responsive to messages and gave helpful information about our trip. Getting in was easy. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Mary’s place in Gowrie. Everything was impeccably organized and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

This is TRULY a piece of paradise. My family and I want to book this place every Christmas. And BROWNE! Give that man a bonus. The experience would be nothing without him. He gave us that old school hospitality. We felt like we were at a 5-star bush hotel

Beautiful location and warm, comfortable home. Our family of 4 loved our week and tried to extend another week however it was already booked. We would go back in a minute! Such an incredible location with great hiking and stunning mountain views. The home is well stocked for cooking and baking, was extremely clean and Girlie stopped by everyday to tidy up! Truly a gem.

The accommodation is spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The accommodation is nice and central if wanting to explore the meander.
