I rent a property one to two times per year with my family and friends. This home is by far one of the best ones that we’ve stayed in The description was on point. The house was very clean and off the beaten path. We were 15 minutes away from Shawnee Mountain. The Jacuzzi was also very clean. I never go in the Jacuzzi in any of the houses rent however, I did go in this one and it was spectacular. Thank you, Magdalena!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

Great location near activities my family was planning to do. The hosts were great communicators, answered my questions and gave me recommendations prior to my trip. With so much to do in the area, I definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

We loved our stay at the guesthouse! The street parking was easy and never a problem, house instructions were easy to understand and the rooms were comfortable for our group. Lyle communicated proactively and there was a very helpful guidebook inside to restaurants in the area. It was even fun to be staying there during a mini snowstorm! My dog loved the backyard! I was glad to be just outside of the main part of town, it made for a quiet and peaceful stay while being very close to everything in Jim Thorpe.

I loved my stay. I had the pleasure of meeting the host and her husband. They are wonderful people with great spirits. They absolutely adore animals. God bless the both of them. For the rate they are charging this is a steal of a deal. You get an entire residence to yourself. Feels just like grandma's house. I highly recommend especially if you're "ballin on a budget" whole house.. washer dryer included.. awesome hosts. Street parking big enough to accommodate a Ram 2500 pickup truck. I'll definitely be back for a stay in the future. I wish the host success and prosperity this 2025.

We had a wonderful stay at Penpa's home. And enjoyed a much needed family vacation! Penpa was excellent at communicating from start to finish. The house was amazing and you could quickly see that they wanted you to enjoy your stay and feel at home. They went above and beyond in so many ways...snacks, wine, flowers, as well as sharing local favorite adventures and activities available. There was so much fun to be had at the house that there wasn't even a need to go looking for adventure. That being said, a few of our adult kids did go skiing and afterwards found the hot tub very relaxing for all the sore muscles and bruised bodies :) Our 3 grandbabies loved the play area downstairs, which allowed the bigs to enjoy adult games of pool and ping pong at the same time! My husbands favorite amenity was definitely the massage chair. Penpa and his wife are truley wonderful hosts and I would recommend their place!!

This place was wonderful! Very clean and so big! There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults. This is a great place for a large family to stay together. Everything was very clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable and the very large dining room table was great for our large group. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great stay. The pool and basement were very fun spaces. The hosts were responsive and gave lots of great info.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elyse’s place! We felt right at home. The home is very comfortable, cozy, quiet and relaxing. It’s thoughtfully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals . The lower level has a bunch of games for everyone. Elyse was a wonderful host. We were welcomed with a bunch of goodies! I highly recommend Elyse and this home if you’re planning a trip to the Poconos.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

Isaac's listing is great, if you like a cozy smart home with awesome surround sound, workout bike, game, room, yoga spots, heated pool, video games, slot machine, wood fireplace, soft and cozy bed with awesome indoor bar with mixers and outdoor bar and fire pit. It was so awesome to connect with smart Alexa to listen to my musical play list. All TVs are smart TVs and seeing deer run through the yard was awesome as well as seeing the snow fall while there. listening to the wood pop in wood stove. Enjoying a great cocktail thanks to the awesome bar with bar tools, glasses, mixers and margarita machine. So definitely book this home it is all great.

My friends and I came for 3 nights and I have no complaints about anything at all. The place was clean, there were games to keep us entertained, and David always replied quickly to any question we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for everything.

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great weekend get away

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?

We were surprised at the high ceiling when we walked in, made the listing feel more open than we expected! The space was well set up for cooking in the kitchenette and the bathroom was very modern!
