What an incredible visit we had to Fairbanks and sharing Leila and Nate's beautiful home made it even more special. The space couldn't have been more cozy and welcoming. They have put so much thoughtful consideration into making their guests feel at home and thinking of everything their guests may need (and even things I wouldn't have thought to ask for!). The property is private, quiet and has breathtaking views from several different angles, including from the living room window. We were able to walk to the side of the yard, sit in the Adirondack chairs and wait for a glimpse of the Aurora, and one evening were blessed with a spectacular display right there on the property. The other evenings it snowed, which provided a different type of beauty that we don't often get to enjoy in Texas. Our family of four had ample space to relax during the day and sleep comfortably at night. Leila provided so much helpful information and we felt so at home. Looking forward to a return visit!

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

Our stay at Benjamin's place was perfect. The communication was great, and very accommodating. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a quick stay. We felt comfortable here, and it's clear that Benjamin cares deeply about providing a welcoming experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. He also had a thank you letter and a small box of snacks, soda, and water for me! Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Where do we even begin to say how wonderful our stay was at Deanna’s cabin!? We were only here for two nights, but Deanna made it seem like we were coming home. First of all, the cabin itself is so cute with all the things you need. It has the most perfect Lakeside views, and there are even horses outside! You can tell Deanna put her heart into making the cabin- from the curated art around it to all the necessities in the kitchen! She even baked us the BEST banana bread we have ever had, which was warm and ready to eat upon arrival in the middle of the night! Deanna herself has got to be the sweetest host ever. She welcomed us with a big hug and we felt like we have known her for so long already! She built a fire for us on our second night and set up an amazing array of smore options for us! We got to sit and chat for a bit together too around the fire, and she is just such a kind, hardworking woman. Thank you, Deanna, for making our trek out to Alaska so worth it!!

We had a great stay at The Cottage!! Wonderful downstairs communal space and well-stocked kitchen with super cute decor and updated appliances. The sauna/shower was such a fun and private way to heat up from the cold outside. Great place, would definitely stay here again!

The Northern Lights Getaway is an amazing place to view the Aurora. The cabin is cute, very clean and is as described in the listing. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again. The host Andy is very responsive and had lots of recommendations to make the most out of our vacation. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the Fairbanks area.

Alicia was a very responsive and friendly host, quickly responding to our messages on the day of check-in and willing to work with us on check-in time based on when our flight arrived. We had a few requests up front and she was quick to provide everything we needed during our stay, including great maintenance of the hot tub! The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, yet close enough to the highway for quick access to local restaurants, stores, and amenities. We had a great time playing outside with our two-year old son and soaking in the hot tub every night looking for northern lights! It is very possible to see northern lights from the hot tub or property depending on the whether or not they are above the tree line. Overall, we had a great time with our two small children (and two grandparents, six guests total) and would definitely be willing and wanting to stay here again in the future!

Such a cozy cabin! Beds were comfortable and the cabin was stocked with some thoughtful touches. Would for sure recommend staying here if you are visiting Fairbanks. Just about 20 minute drive into town. Side note—Would not recommend doing the aurora tour if you are just going to the lodge unless you want a professional photographer taking pics for you. The lodge is very close to the cabin and it’s the same exact view.

Michael's sweet home is really fantastic! It is cozy warm tiny spacious and really beautiful. It have everything we need. Check in and out is really convenient and easy. Michael is such a super host that prepare everything for us. He respond almost immediately and always there to help. We really had a good time there. Hope we can stay with him again in the future.

Jeremy and Jess were great hosts. Very responsive when a need arose. Very helpful with suggestions when asked. We were all very comfortable and felt at home. Everything needed was supplied. Very lovely home. Comfortable beds. The home looked just like the pictures. You could tell the home was recently renovated and had multiple picture windows that allowed to stay in the warmth of the home but view the snowy scenery. Location convenient to everything. I would highly recommend anyone to stay.

Had an amazing and relaxing stay at this cabin! The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a peaceful getaway. We were thrilled to see a moose right in front of the cabin – such a magical experience! The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Harding Lake, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts really thought of everything. The pantry was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful touch, and there were plenty of books and games to keep us entertained during our downtime. This cabin truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing retreat close to nature!

Joseph was very helpful and responsive! Sent an initial text when booked, followed up with me the day before we were traveling to ensure instructions. The day of traveling, confirming check-in. Asked me during the stay if there were any hiccups or anything he should go in and fix. And finally at the end of checkout again very clear and intentional communication.

We had a great stay! The place is as described, spacious and well equipped, little older/simple but very clean, overall great value for the price. The location was perfect for our winter Alaskan exploring, close proximity to town, airport and all sightseeing activities. The fireplace is definitely a nice bonus. Would love to come again!
