Vacation rentals with an accessible-height bed in Hanoi

Very nice studio, finally we were able to do everything by foot since the. The TV was missing, too bad. We got clean towels for every day, it was really good! Big plus: we can use the washing and drying machines on the rooftop

Thao and her team at UrHome was very very helpful, very kind, very sweet and very welcoming! They are a team of about 5 young adults who aspire to allow guests feel at home while staying at their place. It is like a mini hotel, where there are about 8 rooms and the management themselves stay in the place itself so help was just around, any time. Right from the beginning, Thao was very helpful and informative. She was very generous with her recommendations and she was very prompt in her sweet replies. Upon arrival, we were led into the room as pictured, which was very clean and cosy. 5 minutes after arrival, Thao visited us with a new refrigerator! Hahaha, super cheerful and adorable! During one of the night, my friend and I got a little hungry so we wanted to head down to get some food. However, the staff at the reception invited us up to the 7th level instead, where the kitchen was. There, we talked to the main boss, Khoa and the 2 staff. We were invited to try the rice field snails and they also prepared some corn for us! It was a great experience communicating and bonding with them! The staff at UrHome are a great bunch of people. A group of young adults with a dream in mind and a goal they all work together towards - they are very inspiring and very respectable. Although there was a slight communication barrier due to the language differences, it was fun nonetheless, trying to get to know these lovely people. Thank you Khoa, Thao, Thanh and the two other young gentlemen! We will definitely stay in your place if we visit Vietnam again! I had the pleasure of staying in two of Tung’s apartments in XOI residences and I note the following - the check in process was extremely straightforward - Tungs communication throughout was excellent- prompt and clear - his apartments are maintained to a high standard and providing free laundry facilities is such a bonus too given the great value of the apartments - the apartments are located still within walking distance or short GRAB ride to all major sites and gives you a nice oasis from the chaos. I would stay here again without question.

We had stayed 3 days in the Old quarter at the beginning of our trip to Vietnam and chose Tung 's place for the end of our trip. It was definitely quieter than the old quarter but still not very far away from the action. The apartment is perfectly equipped - for a short stay - there is coffee, tea, water and beer in the fridge. Tung arranged transport from and to the airport for us at reasonable prices and communication was really quick and helpful!! The day of our departure we were very late - through our own fault - and the whole team showed genuine interest and preoccupation. We are grateful for that! Without them we would have missed the flight!
