Great place, super peaceful in the nature and with a great view. Christos is a very nice host and always available when you have questions or need anything. Check in and check out were super uncomplicated - on our check out day we could even stay a bit longer. We only stayed for two nights, but definitely wished we could stay longer!

Penny's apartment is very nice and clean. Excellent location. It's easy to communicate with Penny. Nea Fokea is very beautiful place. We like cost side of the village, but also part of the village around the church. We would love to come again to Penny's apartment.

Ioannis great host: helpful, kind, and very welcoming. The house is clean and comfortable, with a large outdoor space. A little close to the street but overall in a very strategic position. We recommend!

My family and I usually do not visit the same place abroad. We love to travel and discover new places. We are visiting Georius's apartment for the second time. This is the first time this has happened on our family vacations around the world. The village is beautiful. The apartment does not need anything extra. It has everything one needs. The view from the huge terrace is amazing. It's a minute from the beach where you'll also get wonderful service. For others, there is a long enough free zone. You are also one kilometer away from a hot water spa. Suitable for people with various health problems. The spa can be reached in one minute by car or ten minutes by foot. I recommend!!!

My parents and their friends stayed here on their vacation. They were very pleased with the apartment, it was just what they were looking for. It was clean, they were able to check in easy, we had very good communication with the host. They would surely come back to this place.

Alex was a great host. the house everything we needed and more. we had a treat of drinks and snacks waiting for us after a very long drive. apartment is very clean and well equipped and right next to the sea. ample car parking available. would definitely recommend.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, the amenities are really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and still had 23 degrees. It was truly an unforgettable, beautiful stay for the whole family

We liked the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is nicely decorated, had enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited you to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw some worshipers and geckos:) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of the year out of season, which is good for unwinding. For restaurants and supermarkets we drove to the nearest larger village of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible coves and islands. We enjoyed the holiday very much. This has also been due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

I would go again for certain. If sparkly pristine is your bag - think twice. This home has EVERY amenity possible. Hot water is never hot - but it’s always available. 7Stars of 10. Niko and Tania are so awesome! Cool village too. Good parking

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Had a wonderful time ! The apartment is just as described, the kitchen is well equipped. The terrace and views are a dream. We were greeted very nicely with homemade pastries, Ifigenia's mother even brought us food. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.
