Great as winter visit! Bright, cozy, spacious and a gorgeous view. Amazing location - plenty of parking in the driveway, and stones throw from the beach. Quiet in the offseason, would visit again for sure. Responsive, kind host. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Weekend Getaway - We had a wonderful fall weekend at the house. Great location, great hosts and beautiful accommodations. House was clean and modern.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

Stacey's place was just as described and very close to the beach. We also spent time in both Saco and Biddeford. It was a great visit!

The house is very well located on the beach and allows admiring the sea from inside and on the patios. The beach is quiet and water very clean in front of the house. It was perfect for our family. We highly recommend.

This house was incredibly stocked with everything. Prior guests likely left spices and wood as did we. It felt like we were staying at a friends house: cozy, comfy a definite beach vibe. Location is quiet and on the beach.

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

we stayed in this house years ago so we knew what to expect. again, it delivered! Coastline Vacation Rental was very well organized with reminders and easily reached by text. much more so than other rental companies. this was so appreciated. the kitchen well stocked for cooking and everything clean and ready to go. beds comfortable and we love the space for family to spread out or get together to play pingpong. highly recommend this property.

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

Our family had a lovely stay in Ogunquit over Christmas. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and soaking in the hot pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second booking with Elizabeth, and we plan to return. We love her places; they are well furnished, charmingly decorated, comfy beds, and are conveniently located near the Parker River Wildlife Refuge. She is an excellent communicator and clearly works to ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including aperitifs. Highly recommend!

The place was super clean and an easy walk to the pier/downtown OOB. Across the street is quick beach access and a breakfast cafe that was fast; had good food and prices. Sarem responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking is narrow but we fit 3 compact cars nose to tail. If you don’t bring your own pillow, the beds already have 4 pillows with shams on them. If you have other needs reach out to Sarem and she’ll be happy to help! I definitely look forwards to booking again for a girls weekend!

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was a great place to stay. The views from inside were spectacular, a real advantage as it rained much of one day. We did have some rain free time and were able to walk on the path as well as on the sand. We arrived at high tide and were amazed at how much sandy beach appeared when the tide went out. Communication and instructions were excellent. We hope to get back there.

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

My family of 4, plus some in-laws had a fantastic stay at Glarih’s place. It was the perfect walk to short sands, the restaurants and the shops. Glarih was very responsive, and a great communicator. We have no complaints! For the value, you should be booking this house!

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.

Palatial. Pristine. Peaceful. Perfect spot to relax for our family gathering. Spacious and beautiful with room to spread out and mesmerizing ocean views from almost every room. Immaculate. Well stocked kitchen, custom amenities, comfy beds and linens. Walked the beach, sat on the balcony with coffee, cooked a big family dinner. Will be dreaming about this place for a long time.
