Pleasant house with a nice garden and a beautiful decoration. The description and photos match reality. The person hosting is very available and extremely kind. The house is very well equipped (linens, utensils, etc.). Very rare thing in Tunisia. Finally, it is worth noting that the beach is barely 50 m away and the city of Maamoura is 1h20 from Tunis.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

I had a great time at this place. The apartment was as described, clean, good value for money , and located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I will come back without hesitation the next time I visit hammamet!

We stayed for 10days during September and thoroughly enjoyed. It is a short walk into Yasmine Hammamet. You can access the beach via the side of the hotel. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank You Rami for a pleasant stay, I am sure we will be returning soon

We (a family of four - including two kids, aged 6 and 4 years) stayed at Tarek's house for eight days in August 2020 - it was a quiet time in general for tourism in Tunisia due to Covid-19 restrictions. The house was lovely - it was clean and bright, with a fantastic outside space to take breakfast and lunch. The garden, filled with olive trees, adds to a general sense of tranquillity. The house is a few hundred yards off the busy main Hammamet 'peripherique' road, and all the better for it. You are still close to shops, restaurants and the beach and other amenities, but also in a restful, quiet, and beautiful place. The kitchen was on the smaller side but perfectly fine for preparing simple meals. Internet was good. Tarek was an excellent host - he gave good advice about things to do locally (including the best route to a beautiful quiet stretch of beach close by), and even very kindly helped us out with an additional favour unrelated to the house itself. We would love to come back here - it's an excellent place to stay and relax. Many thanks again, Tarek!

Excellent stay! The house was nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and huge plus for the nice garden. We had all of our meals outside in the garden. The beach is very close (approximately 50m by foot). Hassen and his wife Sonia were nice and super helpful. Our vacation was fantastic and the stay was great. Thank you!

First I thank the Doctor for the warm welcome And secondly, I forgot the key to the house with the madam and went to the capital of Tunisia and his word sent the guard and he answered the key of Esper within 10 minutes. God testifies that he is respectful and cooperative. The place is very, very, very comfortable and close to the sea only a minute of housing for the sea between you and the sea alone. The property itself is even more stunning than the photos, filled with charming animals that add to the uniqueness of the experience. If you're coming to Tunisia, this is the only place to stay. And if you’re not planning to visit Tunisia—honestly, you should come just to experience this oasis. Sofiene deserves every bit of recognition for creating such an extraordinary place, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. An absolute must-visit for anyone!

We had a beautiful stay, the house is in the heart of the medina. It’s an old classic, Tunisian very charming home. Whenever a small issue or question occurred it was swiftly handled. I highly recommend a stay a dar Chiara and we’re likely to return next summer.
