Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hamilton City Council

I booked Cindy's place for my family who traveled from Whakatane. They said they felt extremely spoilt as the place was modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with clean fresh linen, The modern facilities and additional touches made them feel pampered and in a luxurious home. Their 5 year old loved the plush toys and child friendly activities that Cindy made available. Thank you Cindy for providing a wonderful home for my family to stay in. We highly recommend Cindy's place and have no hesitation in booking again in future

A wonderful spacious house. We enjoyed the tui and fantails in the trees. Best for adult families such as ours maybe. The deck was great in the hot weather in Hamilton over the Christmas period. 10 minutes from the airport and very close to a supermarket. Tom was great at communication with us. Check in was straight forward.

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly, responded quickly, and made check-in super flexible. Highly recommend!

Andrew’s house is really nice, well presented and immaculate. A great location close to the river, a fabulous cafe in the same street, and not too far from Hamilton Central. And excellent value for money.

My family very much enjoyed our night at Rachael's place. The kids spent hours in the pool and we had a bbq in the lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My bed was comfy with nice bed linen etc. I especially enjoyed using the beautiful bathtub. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We'd be happy to stay there again

It is a quiet neighborhood of a mansion

Brendan's house is always spotless and very well equipped. As a work group from Auckland, we use this house on a regular basis and will continue to do so as it is by far the best Air B&B we've had in Hamilton. Thank you Brendan for the superb upkeep of this property.

We couldn’t have felt more at home at Brianne’s place. We needed to be close to the hospital and it was close enough to enjoy the walk over the river. The house was very cosy and amazing features. It could get a little hot/cold in the bedrooms but the heat pump kept us comfortable. Brianne was so helpful and responsive to any questions - especially helping to cater for us with our toddler too! Would definitely recommend :)

We had another great stay at this little hidden gem. This was our second time staying at Wayne and Kim’s little apartment and we were not disappointed. It was super super clean, well presented and full of little surprises . . . A bowl of fresh fruit, several different flavours of coffee pods and a bathroom drawer full of essentials were just a few of the personal touches that awaits you . . . A secluded spot with a really comfy bed . . . We couldn’t ask for more . . . 110% recommended

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

A very spacious apartment in a peaceful setting. Good amenities throughout. We particularly appreciated the spacious and powerful shower and the clothes washing facilities. Excellent check in instructions and lovely hosts.

The place is exceeded expectations, excellent. Spacious house, very new indeed, clean and very well -located, with huge garage , well-equipped with 10kg washing machine and separate dryer. 2 tastefully furnished rooms and 2 toilets. The living is so comfy open up to big balcony, could sit outside to enjoy sunset and fresh air. Very high ceiling at living with huge TV that easily connected to WiFi, to cast YouTube. Every rooms plus living area comes with separate heat pump/air-conditioning. Just love the place. Jennifer is a great host, very responsive. Really grateful to have this beautiful place to stay while the location is so close by to Eastlink Sports Centre and also lots of restaurants nearby.

A beautiful well-proportioned studio on the top floor, with lift access. Peaceful, clean and well equipped. Lovely haven for 4 night stay in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops & restaurants. Off street protected parking appreciated for downtown location.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Wow! What a spot! We had a very warm welcome from Denise on arrival. The Wharf apartment is exceedingly comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, a lovely little sheltered courtyard, super comfortable bed and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Loved the history of the building and great staying in such a unique place. Beautiful leather shop and pottery studio opposite. The fish and chips on the Wharf were recommended by Denise and they didn’t disappoint! Raglan a super little town with lots of lovely cafe and arty, vintage, crafty shops. Enjoyed time out on the surf beaches watching the action on the water as well as a kayak trip on the harbour. Although on the ground floor Wharf Apartment may not have the harbour views of some of the other apartments in the Silos but you have the benefit of popping out the courtyard and within a few steps you can sit by the pier and watch the sunset! Magic spot! Excellent apartment……could have stayed much much longer!

Denise was welcoming and a good communicator before and during our stay. The weather was against us but we enjoyed the comfortable, well positioned apartment.

This was my 3rd time staying with Carla so that must say it all! She's a great host and I felt right at home. A room for sleeping, another for sitting; it's just ideal. And her place is just a short walk from downtown, supermarkets and Lake Hamilton. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Great house for a family or group, good location central to all Hamilton has to offer. Super comfy beds, great showers. Kitchen is well equipped, nice little outdoor decked patio. Pillows are bambillo style type so not an enjoyable preference of mine, but thats ok.

Really nice town house. Good location right next to a countdown and a car park available on site. Check in super easy with the lock box and would definitely stay again
