Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have expanded an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5 m high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping)sofa invites you to linger, a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads into the sleeping area under the roof, where a cuddly double bed is available, right behind it you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy Alkove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for sports enthusiasts.

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and the BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld you need not 4 minutes.

Our house is located in a renovated two-storey factory building in Bahrenfeld/Ottensen. Here you will find absolute peace and quiet, as it is remote from the road. After a walk of about 10 minutes, you can also enjoy life in one of Hamburg's hottest neighborhoods. Restaurants, pubs, cinemas and Elbe beach are in the immediate vicinity. The heart of our house is the large living area and the large veranda.
