Tulum is a growing town, and as such, there may be construction noise during the day. Please rest assured that we do our best to ensure any work is carried out during hours that minimize disruption to your stay. We appreciate your understanding as Tulum continues to evolve into an even more beautiful destination.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Please note that pricing may vary based on the number of occupants. For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property; external staff or unregistered visitors are not allowed.
House Rules:
- No Parties: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- Noise Policy: The villa is in a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to comply with local regulations.
- Guest Policy: Only guests registered in the reservation are permitted on the premises.
- Daily Cleaning: Daily refresh cleaning service is provided. To conserve resources, towels are changed every third day.
- Additional Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for excessive cleaning required due to pet accidents or other severe messes on linens, towels, or any part of the property.
