Welcome to your home away from home! You will appreciate the convenience and peacefulness of our condo. Located minutes away from 5th Avenue and the beach, it's a short walk to the restaurants, shopping, Quinta Alegria Mall, Scotiabank, Walmart and all of the excitement!

Rooms are bright, modern and spacious. There are 3 private balconies if you are renting the entire unit. 1 in each of the bedrooms and 1 from the living room. There is a lock-off which is perfect for couples booking together that want some privacy. There is also a separate entrance for both units.
You can also find quiet spaces in the common areas, including a zen garden (access from the main floor), patio area (2nd floor) and rooftop.

You will have access to the entire unit which includes 2 separate doors from the hallway and a lock-off.
