The space
This comfortable modern home is located on the top floor unit of a new 2 unit condo in Ingonish, Cape Breton. With its 9-foot ceilings and large patio doors facing the ocean, you'll be treated to panoramic views that will leave you in awe. Step outside onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh sea air as you take in the beauty of your surroundings.

The vacation home features two bedrooms, making it ideal for two couples or a family of four. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo unit, including its private deck, ensuite laundry and private parking. The unit is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. Please note that there is no elevator.

The grounds and on-site beach are shared with other guests and residents of the cottage condo units. The beach is the ideal place to enjoy kayaking, swimming or relaxing walks.

Other things to note
You are welcome to bring your furry friend! For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that your pets do not rest directly on the furniture and instead lay on a pet blanket provided for your use.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we require that pets be kept on a leash when on the common areas of the property. This will allow them to explore and enjoy the surroundings while respecting the privacy of other guests.
