Sitting on 8.4 acres of captivating forest land, the Serenes Acres Cottage is a haven to enjoy, unwind, luxuriate and above all, relax! The Cove Marina/Lake Joseph is 2 to 3 mins drive and Public Beach/Lake Stewart/Lake Mactier is 10 to 12 mins drive !The expanse of lush land is accessible right from the backyard and is overlooked by a private balcony seating area. This cozy cottage is surrounded by gorgeous lakes, beaches, parks, patios, shopping, and much more. Fire place for emergency use.

The space
The windowed structure offers stunning view of the nature surrounding you, as well as a balcony with a beautiful seating area. It comes with a 2 car garage and 2 entrances into the cottage. 3 bedroom with 3 queen beds and 1 single bed, 1kitchen, 1 bathroom, a living room and dining area. There is front yard with Fire pit, back yard and side yard to enjoy. There is some exercise equipment in the detached garage.
