This is a new modern home set on 36 private acres with clean lines, quartz countertops, dark cabinetry, and hardwood throughout. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, office with standing desk.

Deer and wild turkey are regular visitors.

Minutes from Jones Falls and the Rideau Canal. 30 mins to Gananoque and the Thousand Islands.

The space
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with views of open fields and countryside through large black-framed windows. Includes a dresser, bedside table, and full-length mirror.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with two walls of windows overlooking the fields and treeline. Includes a dresser and bedside table.

Kids' Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with built-in storage and stairs. Warm accent wall and a child-sized wooden play table and chairs.

Ceiling fan in all bedrooms for airflow on warm nights.

Second Floor Bathroom: Double vanity with quartz countertop and rustic wood cabinetry. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash included.
