Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the full main level of the house. The basement is separately rented for storage purposes and not part of the Airbnb. It’s extremely unlikely anyone will need access during your stay—but in the rare case that happens, we’ll provide plenty of advance notice.

Also, the property is listed for sale. In the event that there is a showing to a potential buyer, you will be given 24 hours notice to ensure there is a convenient time for access.
