One of the biggest draws of this home is its unbeatable proximity to Lake Huron—you’re literally just 10 steps from the beach. No need to pack the car or plan ahead—simply walk down the quiet street and you’re right on waters edge.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee with your toes in the lake, your afternoons swimming, paddleboarding, or lounging on the beach, and your evenings watching the sun dip into the horizon. The shoreline here is clean, calm, and family-friendly, with beautiful views and space to unwind.

The spacious main floor blends living, dining, and kitchen areas—a bright, airy space with large windows that usher in Lake Huron’s natural light. Clean-lined modern furnishings, soft coastal hues, and textured accents create that sought‑after beach‑vibe feel.

Tastefully updated with sleek cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless appliances, and a beautiful coffee bar— this serves for a great spot for casual breakfasts or wine nights in.

Bedroom 1 (main floor): Features a queen bed, plush linens, and a serene lakeside aesthetic.

Bedroom  2 (top floor): Features a queen bed aswell, and just off of the office area.

Bed 3 (top floor): This is a futon bed that lays down to make into a bed, and is in the main office area.

The bathroom is on the main floor and had a tub, shower combo making it a 4pc full washroom.

Fully Fenced Backyard
Privacy meets playtime with a spacious, landscaped lawn framed by mature hedges. Ideal for family BBQs, morning yoga, or letting pets roam. Includes outdoor seating on a quaint patio with string lights for ambience.
A short, sandy walk—about ten steps—leads directly to the beach. Perfect for sunrise coffee or summer swims.

Mike Weir Park: Less than 500 m away, this lakeside park features playgrounds, picnic areas, open fields, beach access, and seasonal live music.
Kenwick-on-the-Lake Park: With summer evening concerts, renovated washrooms, tennis courts, and scenic trails.

Trails & Parks
Connect to the 8 km lakeside walking/biking path or the Howard Watson Nature Trail’s 25 km network—ideal for running, dog walking, and nature exploring.

Within a few minutes’ drive: coffee shops. Anitas coffee cart, grocery store, pharmacy, fitness centre, hardware store, vet, plus restaurants like Skeeter Barlow’s (famous for chicken/ribs), pizza joints!

During the summer season there is tons to do in Brights Grove! Summer farmers’ market: Wednesdays along the shore June–September .
