Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our Cottage is perfectly situated 5 minutes from old town surrounded by award winning restaurants and vineyards. Our backyard overlooks a beautiful vineyard with chardonnay grapes. Stunning sunset! Ample space inside and out to enjoy each others company! Cottage Contract filled in required prior to check in.

The space
Our home is set up with Three bedrooms on the upper level, each with a queen bed. In our common areas we have 2 queen beds and 2 pull out couches.

We have made checking in easy with a key pad and code for each stay.

Other things to note
Welcome to our Niagara Farmland Cottage! Please note in Niagara, each season brings its own circumstances. Please ensure not to leave food out and doors remain closed to minimize the ability for unwanted visitors to manage their way into our cottage.

Cottage booking Contract will be sent via email once booking is confirmed and must be filled in and sent back to confirm booking. Our Team will send a message via air bnb chat as soon as it has been sent to you. Depending on your booking check in date, this can take a few days - week to be issued.

House Rules must be followed at all times. If the House Rules are not followed, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and their stay, making amazing memorable memories while respecting our home and the neighbourhood/neighbours.

Our House Rules are;


-This property has room for 4 cars

-No loud talking or music after 9pm outdoors. There are volume decibel alerts on this property to preserve the peace of the neighbourhood and to ensure no parties, loud noise is present. Easiest way to judge noise is if indoors can people outside here you? If outdoors, are the neighbours able to feel like a part of your gathering noise wise? We want you to enjoy yourself :)

We don’t have many rules but these ones. If one of the neighbours complains about volume or it goes over the decibel level after 9pm it will void the contract and all guests will be asked to leave.
