Please note, there is ongoing construction in the building across from ours, active Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. During these hours, you may experience some construction-related noise.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas of the property, including the pool, parking areas, hallways, elevators, gardens, and all shared spaces. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any other smoking or vapor-producing devices. This rule applies to all guests and is enforced by the building administration.
