Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guzmán Abajo

It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had great air conditioning. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet except for the rooster next-door, had all the necessities, and was really good for the price. I would recommend.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, I can't recommend the Aquatika resort enough! Monica and Nikky were great hosts.

Ben and Mary were amazing hosts from inquiry to check out. Ben responded immediately when I was looking to book and had some questions. He was extremely accommodating, quick to reply and helpful the entire time we were there. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pools were wonderful for the kids and they really enjoyed the playground and the waterslide on the weekend. First floor, close to pool and beach, wonderful hosts, 10/10 recommend-Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

Ignacio & Angèlica are phenomenal hosts. They are not only kind and communicative, but they’ll welcome you with a basket of treats and sparkling rosè, then chop down a homegrown plantain from one of the many tropical trees in their lush backyard and even lend you an air fryer so you can “fry” said plantain. Their space was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, from beach towels and bicycles to a well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, work from home desk station, on-site laundry and comfortable sleeping quarters. You’ll feel right at home at the cozi coqui.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

It’s close to El Yunque which we wanted. House is fancy and smart. Clean and sheila responds quickly. The neighbor has maybe 6-8 dogs that go crazy at night. Bring ear plugs and sound machine. It’s off a busy street so you hear traffic too. The pool is not heated and the days we were there it was cloudy and raining so we didn’t get much pool time.

It was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. They were very responsive. Beautiful area and house. Love the pool. I highly recommend.

Small hiccup at check in. Place was as described. It was overall a great place and spacious for my group and I. Love the labeling throughout, games in the home and beach items stored, very helpful.

Book this house. This place has everything you need and more. It will make you feel at home! The host is helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Kimberly was a life saver and excellent host. She went over and beyond as host to help translation and recommendations for me and my family. I can’t thank her enough. The house looks exactly how it is advertised. The house was a perfect fit for a family of 7 with enough space for everyone to be comfortable. No issues with hot water or water pressure during my whole week stay. Quickly responsive with communication. Always provide clear instructions. I would highly recommend Kimberly’s place for anyone visiting the Rio Grande area. No knock to Kimberly’s place but the dogs next door are really loud at odd times throughout the night. Thank you so much for your hospitality me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

The villa is a serene retreat just a few minutes drive from the lovely Loquillo public beach, El Yunque rainforest's hiking trails, and plenty of dining options (including wonderful Puerto Rican food & drinks right next door at Richie's). The home itself is modern, clean, and well appointed with everything from beach towels to locally roasted coffee. The balcony is large with comfy furniture and overlooks thick greenery and open water. Air conditioning and a back-up power generator made for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Scott’s condo. It was great to have 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a spare bathroom! The house had a lovely view of the ocean and the beach was phenomenal!! The condo is gated in with security which was a plus. We walked down the beach and found a little restaurant with drinks/food and music. We had a great time

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.
