Great place for a small family , peaceful and away from all the noise of San juan. neighbors are very friendly and very safe neighborhood. close to everything you could ever need and more. We truly loved playa luquillo. can't wait to go back!!!

Albert went above and beyond, we did not speak Spanish so he had his head employee Vita communicate & translate between us while we were there. They were extremely quick at responding and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were close to the ocean and next to a heated pool which was amazing. The entire property was very well maintained.

Julian’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and spacious. The penthouse upstairs was awesome! Also the complex had a clean pool and was right along the beach. We really appreciated Julian’s hospitality as well. He went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick grandparent trip. The complex is lovely and very family friendly. The hosts were extremely responsive and really lovely to work with. I hope to be able to stay at their place again!

This is a great location outside the hustle and bustle of San Juan while being about 45 minutes away from the city, El Yunque, and Fajardo. The apartment is a short walk from the private beach and has several pools for swimming, two of which are heated for a comfortable evening swim. When we arrived, unfortunately, all of PR was experiencing a power outage, but Maribel and Ben were proactive in communicating this before we arrived and made sure we were taken care of by supplying us with battery-powered lanterns and fans. The lodging was the perfect size for our family of four. Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay here again, 5/5 stars!

We had a great stay at Villa playa Azul. The location was very convenient for us, as we explored the west and east coasts and it was an intermediate distance from San Juan and El Yunque. The condo was as described and was very clean. We appreciated having beach towels, a cooler and chairs…and were surprised to find a volleyball, soccer ball, and frisbees as well. The condo complex was beautiful and friendly — we always felt secure and welcome. The pool was clean and a good temp. While the surrounding neighborhood could be described as sketchy, it’s not much different from the majority of the island and we highly enjoyed watching the regulars at a neighboring watering hole as we came in each evening. The beach appears to have some erosion, so there wasn’t much room to lounge there, but it was no problem as there are many in the area. Deborah and Ciara were great hosts and always responded to communication immediately…including when we lost power on the last night. We highly recommend!

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

This was the perfect amount if space for our group of 7! The house was beautifully updated and so modern. Almost like a “smart house” We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday so the speakers throughout the house and outside by the pool made for a very enjoyable vibe. Would definitely stay again 10/10

You can tell a lot of effort went in to all the little details to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the game room and pool. The bedding was comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was nice to not have to get all the little things like laundry detergent or garbage bags while trying to vacation. I will say the location is not a resort - bring your sound machine because the chickens in the neighborhood will be waking you up - they did provide ear plugs by the beds. It did meet the needs of our large family to easily enjoy El Yunque, a boat outing from Fajardo, and Carabalí UTV tour. Thanks for a great stay!

Book this house. This place has everything you need and more. It will make you feel at home! The host is helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

There is not enough stars on here to rate this place it was excuse my language F!@#ing amazing. The house was very clean Kevin was supper easy to communicate with and the best part of the whole place was the river in the back my family and I didn't leave my kids were in the river from sun up to sun down the only time we used the pool is at night but besides that the river was it. I am 100000% staying here every time I come to pr thank you Kevin you were a great host you get 100 stars

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We have stayed in many different air bnbs and Luis is the best host that we have ever experienced! He was kind and communicated throughout our trip, helping us through an island power outage and helping us find fun things to do. The place is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed walking the gorgeous beach. The pool filter may have been broken due to the outage, so the pool needed some cleaning, but everything else was wonderful..once the power returned! :)

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

My husband and I love Tom’s villas! We will stay at Tom’s place whenever we are in the area. This was our second stay here and everything is always so clean and comfortable. There are so many amenities that we didn’t have time to check them all out! We missed out on the stargazers lounge so we will definitely have to come back again. We loved the pool, outdoor shower, and hot tub. The entire place is so well thought out, even down to the decorative tiling on the stairs down to the pool. The location is also perfect it’s so close to anything on the east side of the island: ferry terminal, the rainforest, luquillo beach/kiosks, old San Juan. Basically anything you could want to do is less than 30 mins away!

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

Jorge was a GREAT HOST! Was there for check in and walked us through everything! Location was exactly what we were looking for. Private, secluded but drivable.

We rented 2 condos for 13 guests- 10 adults, 2 children, & 1 baby. The condo is exactly as the description & photos. The pools, lazy river, lounge area, basketball court, putt putt course, tennis court & beach make the property perfect for everyone! One of our favorite restaurants, El Parilla was a short walk away. The location makes it nice & easy to venture in all directions- we visited Carolina, old San Juan, Loiza, El Yunque, one of the 3 bio bays, & a catamaran day trip to snorkel. All of our outings were within a 45 min drive from the condo & the grocery was a short 15 min trip. Our family highly recommends this condo & this complex for a very relaxing vacation… if you don’t want to explore- pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, & sunglasses. Stop @ the grocery for food that you can prepare @ the condo or grab a bag of charcoal to be used @ one of the property grills & enjoy a bbq
