It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

Dear Sezen answered all questions with interest and has great communication. RU is a private space where comfort is offered together with aesthetics full of details. There's definitely more to it than the photos. I also have constructive criticism for this place, of course, but it's still a very new place. I think we were one of the first few guests. the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

He is responsive and a kind landlord. The unit was clean and big enough for a family. It’s located in downtown, in the heart of everything. Next time when i visit Izmir, it seems most likely I’ll book his place again. Thanks for hosting.

Mr. Günyol is a respectful, tolerant, helpful,friendly and nice person. She informed me before and during my stay and gave me a very nice experience. If we come home, the interior design and environment are very warm. The heating in the house is quite sufficient, we even had to turn down the temperature most of the time. Needless to mention about the location. Close to transportation and many places. We had no trouble shopping. On top of these, Günyol Brain's attitude, approach, and character in general allowed us to have an excellent experience. Thank you so much

Great apartment, wonderful people <3.The apartment has everything, absolutely everything. You can feel like at home. Apartment is close to the metro station, so go anywhere you want is very easy. The view from the balcony is the best in Izmir. I love this balcony. I worked remotely and it was perfect place, the wifi was fast. The owner and her mom is super kind, helpful and gives great recommendations. I highly recommend it! I will come back for sure! Thank you for everything!

The house was great. It was a very nice detached house. There were all kinds of items and stylish details. Also the fact that it is very close to the city center is a great detail. The hosts are very nice and accommodating.

Ms. Nezihe was very sweet and helpful. It's nice that the house has its own garden. There were amenities such as a wood fire, a barbecue. We never had a sound problem, we could easily listen to loud music. Their dog named Elmas was also very sweet.

My wife and I had a great February 14th, it was really more than it was described and seen. Everything was thought out, there was a very clean and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the terrace, the view of the view, the walk by the lake, making a fire in the fire pit in the garden, watching a movie in the cinema from the projection and more… Not the Airbnb house, it is complete, comfortable and clean like the house of a friend you love.
