House vacation rentals in Guspini

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is a paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which made us very happy. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it seems at first glance. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and look forward to starting our stay.

The House is very spacious and has a nice garden and veranda! We really enjoyed the tennis courts (there were even rackets to use) and the beach is super close! Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes by car and the house has a parking spot. The communication was very easy via whats app. The kitchen and the bathroom are a little wonky but we found everything we needed. The two bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are quite firm (for some people it might matter).

We (a group of 3 couples) had a good week in the vacation home. In the dark, it was not quite as easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown in the photos and also described. The supply of pots and dishes is very good, but it could use a few more wine glasses. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. On foot you can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket, but the way home is a little bit exhausting. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what else could you ask for. The information from Enrico was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

We stayed at Davide's place for a week, and it was the best stay I had at an Airbnb. Davide was extremely accommodating, smiling, friendly and took her time to visit us and give us recommendations of things to do even after her mother came to drop us the keys. a big thank you to her too for hosting us. Nice attention from them, they left us a bottle of wine and traditional Sardinian bread. the apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioning, an outdoor shower in the inner courtyard, perfect for the return from the beach which is located directly at the exit of the apartment. A lot of mosquitoes but all entrances and windows are equipped with screens. Few tourists (compared to the north) so easy to park in front of each day, beautiful beaches very close and central position so convenient for a daytrip. I can only recommend staying there!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

What else can I say, great apartment, very very nice, managed very well and you find everything you need, nothing is missing, not to mention the excellent cleanliness I am often in Sardinia for family reasons I have stayed in many different places and here I can write that I have seen the difference, the apartment is located in a quiet intimate historic area and with a view of the church bell tower which in the evening has its beauty, if I have to be picky, the parking, if you think of parking in front of the entrance door it is not like that. I highly recommend it, thank you for your availability, clarity and hospitality, see you soon.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, cozy, tidy and clean. Quiet area, but with all the amenities available around... a few km and there are several large supermarkets, discount stores, pharmacy etc... super useful indoor parking space! Convenient as a solution for those who stop at the sea of the poet, which is about 1 km away by car. We also used the barbecue a lot. 🔝 And finally, thanks to Davide who was always kind and available for any useful information for the house and outside. we had a wonderful stay at Gianfilippo's! You do need a car, but other than that the location is perfect, and we really loved it! we'll be back!

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

The house and amenities look much better than the photos. The place was really close to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. He could use the charcoal grill. There was also an outdoor shower so we washed off the sand outside after the beach. Two terraces where you could eat + the large balcony was great. If you want to just be on the beach and go to just buy something at the store, you don't even need a car. The store was relatively close (15 minutes on foot), although with a lot of shopping it wasn't easy, but it's manageable. If you will have a rental car, there is parking on the property. A/C was in every room but didn't even need to turn it on. Wifi was sufficient for 4 people. I highly recommend this place to stay

Very spacious and clean accommodation that is worth a lot for the price to pay. It is very spacious, has a terrace and a hole to park the car. Very good communication. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect, without any pegas.

It was a fantastic experience! The first time in Sardinia was unforgettable also thanks to Giacomo's house :) Exactly as described, it is a gem in the heart of the welcoming Simaxis, close to everything you need and with a vegetable garden that offers a long-forgotten tranquility.
