Cozy home in a beautiful place in Colorado. House was easy to find, very quiet, and a walkable distance from downtown Leadville. The place was clean and organized, with full kitchen amenities and an updated bathroom. Host was quick and helpful with their instructions and responses. Queen-sized bed in main bedroom, and second bedroom has a smaller bed akin to a pullout.

The home was so well equipped..comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would want in your kitchen and more! We enjoyed our time there and will be back. Brett’s place changed my opinion of Leadville.

It was great! Good location and easy walk downtown too.

This was the perfect home for our family ski trip! The house was clean and comfy. There was plenty of room for eight adults as well as two kids, and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes! We also really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and somewhat secluded yet only a few minutes drive to both the ski resort and the town.

The house was beautiful and better than the pictures. It was a great mountain getaway from the city. I’d definitely would come back. We had a great time waking up to the mountains and enjoying the hot tub. We didn’t see any wildlife but definitely heard them.

Highly recommend! Place sits right on river, has very modern with a rustic touch, open space feel, beautiful loft area, kitchen and master bath, heated floors throughout main floor, clean, very peaceful and had everything for you and your family to enjoy. Skiing and sledding nearby (which owner let us borrow his sleds), great restaurants which Garlic Mike's is within walking distance and has unbelievable Italian food! This was the perfect winter 5-day getaway and the host couldn't be any nicer or accommodating! We'll definitely be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

We had never been to Crested Butte and drove down for the weekend. It was very very cold and I was worried my kids couldn’t ski so Lauren & Nick gave us plenty of other ideas of things to do. The condo was exactly as pictured, plenty of space for 5 of us and lots of games to entertain kiddos. I loved that it was attractive, clean and well-stocked, but cozy and simple. The kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, we had the shared hot tub & dry sauna to ourselves a couple times too! The shuttle bus stop was very close and made it easy and fun to get around town without worrying about driving in the snow. We will definitely back again and would be happy to book their place!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Conveniently near the mountain, easy to access the shuttles, and comfortable. We love being able to access the pool and hot tub after a day on the mountain. We’ll be back!

We were extraordinary pleased by our stay at Robert’s home. We found it beautifully appointed, especially clean, and very comfortable. You could tell that thought had gone into every aspect of what a guest might need or appreciate, from complete information about the home and it’s offerings to bowls of snacks and a starter set of breakfast needs. The kitchen was amazing prepared for anything! The beautiful double sliding doors that allowed you to feel connected to the outside were wonderful. Comfortable bed, darkening curtains, even bathrobes, everything thought out for a guest. Robert checked in each day through email, just a short message that made us feel like he was available and connected. We would highly recommend a stay at Robert’s home!

We stayed here to have direct access to Crested Butte. The bus stop is one minute walk from the room. The space itself was nicely decorated and we felt comfortable. The access to the pool and hot was also a plus.

Sandra's place was perfect. The location could not be beat and the unit was just as described. Feels much larger than a standard 1 BR/BA. We cooked a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Shower was fantastic. Jacuzzi was great after some long days on the mountains. Will definitely be back if the timing/availability works out. Highly recommended.

I loved this condo! I live in the valley and reserved the condo last-minute so I could work on grad school work away from my noisy family. It was so beautiful; the bed was extremely comfortable; all the light fixtures were gorgeous. I could tell they put a lot of thought into the design and accommodations. Every detail of the property made me hate leaving! The walk into town for shops and restaurants was short and easy; and only about 2 blocks from City Market for grocery needs. I highly recommend this property!
