Please note that smoking & parties are not allowed. Many young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but difficult rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. Also note that a co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage.

This newly remodeled spacious basement unit in downtown Niwot. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. Comfortable clean living space with cozy beds makes for a great stay in our home. Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). Fully renovated private walkout basement offers a relaxing modern decor, with all the amenities you will need for short or long-term stays. While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.
