This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so no mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds. The house is situated on a beautiful mountain side.
