Hannah’s riad is extra special. Everything is spotless. The details they have thought of for their guests only demonstrates the utmost respect and gratitude for us. Each and every part is beautiful, organised, clean. Rashida’s breakfast service is so beautiful and delicious. You must also make sure to try her home cooked dinner for one evening. It’s is not only great value for money but delicious and a very unique and special experience. The road has earthy, raw, tones which creates a beautiful mood. The place itself is visually stunning. There is so much to love about it. Just book it, you will not be disappointed. There is also Abdel who greets us when we arrive. He helps with everything! He is like a gift. I cannot believe how much they made us feel welcome. Just book this exceptional place. Enjoy.

The riad is simply stunning. It’s exactly as described and is a private oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina. It’s locations away from the super busy areas but close enough to get round. It was a needed retreat after walking around. Fatima was an amazing cook in the morning. We only had breakfast for our family of four and it was more than enough and delicious. Mohamed helped with transfers and while we did not use his services for trips I’d recommend it after probably paying too much for a different operator before we arrive at the riad. Overall I highly recommend the riad, area, and hosts. We enjoyed our time there immensely and would happily go back.

We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful riad for anyone visiting Morocco! Cristina was outstanding from the moment we booked. She was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and arrange everything—from taxis and Hammam massages to an amazing walking guide. Her friendly, approachable nature made everything so much easier. Even after many messages, I never once felt like I was bothering her, which was such a relief, especially since it was our family's first trip to Morocco. Aida was equally fantastic! Her warm smile when we arrived made us feel immediately at home, and she was so attentive, ensuring we were always well taken care of. Aida’s mother prepared delicious breakfasts every morning, and her uncle provided security at night, making us feel safe and comfortable. He even helped walk us to a restaurant on our first night! This was hands down the best experience we could have had, and we’re so grateful to Cristina, Aida, and family for making it all so special.

A perfect oasis in the middle of the medina. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to explore Marrakech.

We want to say a huge thankyou to Karine for letting us stay at her Riad. It was stunning. We were 4 golfers coming to Marrakech for the second time and we loved it...again. The Riad was really big and it was designed perfectly and would suit anyone looking to be in the Medina, walkable from the main square, surrounded by the busy streets, but once inside the Riad completely quiet. Fatima and staff were all very helpful, welcoming and always smiling. Breakfast recommended. Massage and Hammam inside the Riad was a real bonus and worth every penny. Dardar Rooftop bar recommended if you like chilled ibiza style vibes (1 min walk). The whole process from booking through to leaving after our break was seamless. Karine obviously knows how to deal with customers very professionally and always in good time. Would we come back to Marrakech for golf...absolutely! Would we come back to Karine's Riad....absolutely 100%.

We had a great time in the heart of Marrakech in Henrianne's riad. The accommodation is very as described and is perfect for enjoying the liveliness of the medina. The services and services are really at the rendezvous, especially thanks to Aïcha, who will have delighted us with her breakfasts and dinner. Thanks to her for her advice and kindness.

My 3 siblings and spouses, walked into a breathtaking riad with a view of the pool. The excellent staff was extremely helpful with everything. The whole place is amazing! It is an easy walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa. We will definitely tell family and friends about the riad. This is where we will stay the next time we are in Marrakesh. Thanks so much for our experience.

We had a wonderful stay, the Riad is beautiful, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. We were hosted very well, with great kindness and the dishes prepared by Ania, Khadija and Keltoum were absolutely delicious, the best food we have tasted in Morocco. Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a lovely stay at Othmane's place! A great location with a 15-20 min walk to the center of the Medina and all the action! The coffee shop across the road was a helpful landmark and a few good supermarkets within 10 min walk of the apt. The place was spacious, clean, and tidy, and as described. The pool is definitely a little cold for swimming in the winter as it's a bit chilly, but am sure it would be great for summer! The beds are very hard as mentioned in a few reviews, but definitely sleepable :) We had a wonderful time with our 2 year old exploring the city and would definitely recommend the apt to others! Thank you!

We had a great week at Hakim's apartment and everything went perfectly. An arrival with staff to welcome us, introduce us to the premises (and even a welcome mint tea:). The staff is extremely kind and attentive, the cleaning was done daily and it's really very pleasant. We took advantage of the dinner preparation service and it was a really great meal with very large quantities. For the apartment it is very spacious, very well decorated and perfectly located between the modern area of Gueliz and the medina. And if you're missing something, just ask the staff and you'll get it very quickly. We were able to do all the sights on foot without taking a Taxi. We will recommend it to our loved ones and book it again if we return to Marrakech.

The place was super nice to stay in! 😍 Egle was always available if we had any questions and she is super friendly. The resort is also beautiful, but deserted. We didn't expect this but this didn't spoil the fun. It was a wonderful end to our holiday in Marrakech✨. The place was clean, everything was available what you need in a vacation home and if you love cats this is the perfect place. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by several cats who loved to cuddle. The weather was also with us so we could enjoy the pool for several days! 🩵 Egle, thank you for the beautiful place and your kindness, we will definitely be back!

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful fully equipped apartment in a top and quiet residence! Manau was super welcoming and super attentive during our stay. You can go there without a second thought! Looking forward to our next Marrakesh getaway 🙏🏽

Impeccable, I highly recommend the apartment

fantastic apartment. very spacious, lovely layout, we are family of 5, our 3 young kids shared the very large king bed so we didn't need to use the sofa bed. very easy access, lovely swimming pool which is not heated so we managed to go in for a few minutes at a time in February, but you have to be brave. I'm sure by end of March/April it will be perfect. 12-15 min walk to a western style shopping centre with fast food/entertainment. the apartment had everything we needed and more, extremely clean. only 10 mins cab into the centre. the host was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. would definitely stay there again

Mehdi has been very responsive since booking and to our slightest questions. The villa exactly matches the listing and photos. We appreciated the responsiveness for the repair of the pool engine and particularly appreciated the late check out which allowed us to fully enjoy a sunny day by the pool without any vis-à-vis. We'll be back.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Riad. Excellent location, great communication from Caroline and beautiful space for our stay in Marrakesh. We ate at the riad and the Royal couscous was delicious! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for having us!

Clean and beautiful house you need a car to go around there is few restaurants and cafe near by.

The Riad was amazing! Perfect location and the pictures are great but it is even better in person! The staff is what made the stay over the top! The had decorated and had a cake for my brother's birthday, the reason we were there. Then I came down with a little illness and they all checked on me before they left for the day and made sure I had fresh orange juice for my sore throat. We all felt like they treated us like family! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay at Fatiha’s house. She organized an airport transfer both ways for us, which was so helpful, especially because we arrived so late at night. The house was beautiful and had ample room for everyone. It was clean and walkable to coffee shops/the center. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We had an amazing time at Hamza's villa! My whole family and I were delighted by this beautiful place. The villa is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to fully relax. The staff on site was exceptional: always attentive to us and available to respond to all our requests. We enjoyed the experience so much that we already plan to go back this summer. I would 100% recommend this place!
