Condado Beach Getaway Ocean View.

You will love staying in this beatifull studio apartment, the location is spectacular at the beggining of Condado, the most relaxing area, all you need at walking distance. Best than being in a hotel! The beach is across the street little condado beach and the lagoon is in your back yard with private acces. We take cleaning and sanitizing procedures very seriously, ocean views from your room or your bed, just 10min from SJU airport, it will be your perfect spot to enjoy the island at it's best!

My place is close to the a prime beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, 5 minutes to/from airport, Isla Verde tourist area and hotel strip, access to highway 26. Located near a mangrove natural reserve which allows you to observe Grag King Birds, Puertorican Todies, Warblers, Braad-winged Hawks, Puertorican Parrots, Mocking birds, Ground Doves and you will also see roosters and hens. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, privacy, and the awesome location..
