The house has a beautiful architecture and decoration, it is a very pleasant and pleasant place to enjoy and of course return, with many details from Ana and Josefina who were also very friendly and respectful and were aware of all our questions and needs. Great location and everything is easy to walk to. Beautiful house! Our only suggestion was the bed was not as soft as we prefer and that made sleeping uncomfortable. Also would prefer some bathroom amenities like lotion and shampoo ( one of our guests didn’t bring these items). Otherwise breaking was delicious and the courtyard was so much fun to relax in.

Our stay in the "house of the Spaniards" was incredible, Silvano's attention was second to none, the super equipped house, comfortable, the pool always warm, even at night, we have everything you need for our stay until super flexibility for the schedule and departure. We definitely want to come back!

Felipe is an excellent host, the house is super well located very close to the center, Felipe helped us at all times, from putting a TV to see the superbowl to to give us some things that we forgot, highly recommended!

House in quiet and very secure residential. It has good amenities and is very welcoming.

Host is very responsive. The place is very clean and nice. Gated community. An easy walk to the historical area but it is better to take an Uber on the way back. It is a little bothering for light sleepers since the neighbor's dogs kept barking at night.

The best location, along with the excellent location to rest, relax and spend a magical moment. Very comfortable for 4 people and great attention

The house was very nice, spacious, nice, impeccable, the area was very quiet, the sunsets were always attentive and responded quickly when we needed it. There is a HEB 5 minutes away that made it easier for us to shop, easily accessible, we spent a few days very comfortable. We felt right at home!

A great and beautiful place to stay when visiting San Miguel for an amazing price compared to the hotels in the area. Great proximity to everything you could want to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

The place is very quiet and nice, you feel very comfortable in the accommodation! Ana María's attention seemed excellent, she is very attentive and always on the lookout, access is very easy, and everything is very clean! Excellent place to forget the city stress!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it.
