Exclude place to spend the weekend, the host is always very attentive and the space is very spacious and clean, great for pets. The subdivision is very quiet and the easy and hassle-free access.

Spectacular home. Great location with the best view in Guanajuato. The home has privacy and easy access to town considering it is up on the hillside. Would assume this to be one the best Airbnb's in town!

The house is excellent for groups, many bathrooms, very good facilities, entertainment option for the bendis, the dogs they have there are a love, you have space to park cars, play basketball or a cascarita, roasted meat. The rooms are quite clean and smelling of clean. The area where it is located is a popular colony, it is not a residential area where you can go for a walk in the early morning with all the calm, but taking that away the house is fantastic, we hope to return soon.

The house has a beautiful architecture and decoration, it is a very pleasant and pleasant place to enjoy and of course return, with many details from Ana and Josefina who were also very friendly and respectful and were aware of all our questions and needs. Our pets enjoyed the patios and the delicious sun the windows let in. We had days to enjoy and definitely invite back. Thank you for everything

Stunning! Great location! I have been coming to SMA every year and always stay in airbnb's and this one is by far one of the best ones and at a very affordable price. The pool is a huge plus. my girls looove to swim. Thank you so much!

A great stay-in vacation for our family. Highlights: Pool (shaded in the late afternoon, temperature reached 30 degrees Celsius); fire pit (bring your own roasting sticks and marshmallows); PS3 game night; the well-equipped kitchen. The beds had firm memory foam toppers that we enjoyed. The gym equipment could use some repair, though the elliptical and stationary bikes were still in good working order. The hosts were responsive to questions throughout our stay.

We were all happy with the facilities, especially the children. They had a really sensational time and it was a great alternative for celebrating the 7 year old grandson's birthday. We felt welcome and attended by Felipe. We are invited to return. Thank you so much!!!!

Very Good Location and the service is really good

The arrival was very easy, the house was very nice (more than what you see in the photos) and clean, the only thing was that the light was as intermittent (it didn't go completely but the intensity lowered). Mr. Rafael is very friendly and responsive. We were very pleased.

Amazing place! Beautiful house and view. Quiet and safe with a beautiful pool and nice outdoor space. The house had everything that we needed and within walking distance to the main part of downtown.

The place is just as described, it is very large and comfortable to enjoy a few days of rest. It has very nice gardens and an incredible grill area. The attention from Claudia and Fam. is the best, always attentive to details and always with the willingness to solve any detail, we will definitely return soon to enjoy Casa Lomas Verdes.

A great and beautiful place to stay when visiting San Miguel for an amazing price compared to the hotels in the area. Great proximity to everything you could want to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

The place is very quiet and nice, you feel very comfortable in the accommodation! Ana María's attention seemed excellent, she is very attentive and always on the lookout, access is very easy, and everything is very clean! Excellent place to forget the city stress!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. Super awesome place for a family of 4, two couples, or group of friends. The hosts and the other working int he parking lot were super friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. It is about a 7 minute walk to the center of town with so many restaurants and local stores on the way. Amazing location especially if you need parking. It's very private and we found the place super clean. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is very nice, the truth is in a super nice, quiet area, and in a very good location to move to various places in the city, many shops, squares nearby, for what you need. Guillermo super attentive, responding quickly to my doubts, very clear with his instructions to get to the house, the house has all the services, it has very well distributed the entertainment areas of 10. We really loved everything, we look forward to returning soon.
