I enjoyed my stay very much!

Apartment close to everything in a super safe area, it has everything you need. Only the air conditioning could improve a little since it is very small for the great heat it is but they have a fan that helps too much. Otherwise everything super and recommended. It has bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by. The beach is 3 blocks away

Very good experience. She is always very attentive, we were able to run the starting time. The location has the advantage of being right in front of the beach, a very quiet beach. A few meters from places to eat Nice view from the balcony. Highly recommended

Comfortable flat in great, safe feeling neighborhood. Very clean and bright. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Nearby Zona Sud market had great food court. Hosts were very responsive to our questions.

I’ve been coming to Rio for a long time, and this is one of my favourite places to stay so far! Extremely quiet, fitted out with everything you need, in a great location and a wonderful host. I look forward to coming back again!

Great cozy place, in a great location.

Great accommodation, well located and equipped with everything (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven, stove, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, beach chair and sunguard…). Access to the building is easy and the garage tbm. It housed well 5 people, 2 on the sofa bed, 2 in a double bed and 1 person in a mattress on the floor. All comfortable. For food, great restaurants close to the apartment as well as the fully equipped kitchen for preparation. Finally, the only weak point is the incomplete bathroom box. During the bath the water ended up wetting the items outside the box. I believe that in fewer people, wet less and rest easy the cleaning logistics of the bathroom.

The place is according to the photos, very neatly tidy, all clean. The host offers everything of the best quality. I would only include one The Ventilator, air-conditioned but does not refresh so much in the bed part (I believe it is not so for everyone, I feel very warm). But my hosting was great. We'll be back for sure.

perfect space to spend a few days in the river! the gatehouse is not 24 hours, which made me a little afraid, but the street gets so busy during the night that going out and entering the building is very quiet because the street is never empty, which is great! I highly recommend, Heloisa was very attentive and answered very quickly every time I had any questions!

Before I talk about the accommodation itself, I have to say how helpful and helpful Mauro was with us. Super attentive and a great host. As for the loft, simply amazing. All essential utensils, 10 note cleaning and super cozy. The backyard is wonderful with a great pool and rest space. The neighborhood is super quiet, you can walk safely and it has everything nearby (market, pharmacy…). It is a perfect place for those looking for a peaceful weekend. In short, note 1000! We will definitely come back!

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

Kelly's loft is wonderful. Comfortable, organized and full of pampering. I loved the location and the warmth of Kelly. Parking on the street in front of the condominium always has vacancies and very quiet. I will definitely come back again and again.
