Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Guadalupe River

It was wonderful stay! The only issue was there was a miscommunication with the house cleaning crew and the management. The place was not cleaned yet when we arrived. Let me say, the management immediately got in touch with the cleaning company and they were out to clean within a half hour. It was spotless when we arrived back at the house with only a 2 hour delay in checking in. Other than that, it was wonderful. We will return again!

Great home in a great part of town! Walkable, lots of shops nearby. The home was gorgeous, fcm was easily approachable and quick to respond and always so nice and thoughtful. Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Austin!

My friends and I loved our stay! When we arrived there were so many deer over by the fence(deer are my absolute favorite), the hot tub was so nice to hang out in, and the house was so nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Any question I had the host was SO quick to respond and was so nice and accommodating.

We sisters thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this lovely home. We had a leisurely time talking in the living room as well as in the backyard and sitting at the kitchen table for our morning meals.

I have stayed at Katherine’s place many times because it such a great place to stay and Katherine is an excellent host! If you love old homes with loads of character this is the place to stay! It’s a beautiful old home that has been decorated with real cool art pieces and knick knacks. It is very clean, extremely comfortable and you are supplied with all the needed amenities for an enjoyable stay.

Felt right at home! This home is modern and unique while providing plenty of space for a large group. We enjoyed walking to the park and shopping at the Forum. Our host kept in touch with us and was always quick to respond. This is definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone considering it! Beautiful home and very clean!

My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to New Braunfels and found this gem of a place. Brand new complex being built. Beautiful apartment. It was comfortable and we loved the location with easy access to all the places we needed to be. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and spacious, clean and well-stocked, and Katherine checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Location (cool neighborhood near downtown, Broadway and the Pearl) and amenities (fireplace, gas stove, parking) put this house ahead of other listings at a comparable price point. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was exactly what we expected. It’s in an awesome location, extremely easy access to a lot of things. Super close to just about everything in town walking or driving. Very clean and surprisingly not loud outside when in rooms. Great place

Condo was perfectly situated for my family attending a wedding - i had myself and 3 adult children with their significant others. Everyone had their private bedroom and bath. Condo was very clean and updated. Great towels and bedding, bath soaps/gels, coffee. Really made us feel welcomed. Great location in proximity to local amenities.

Everything that you can ask for! Clean, quality construction/finishes, fire safety, walkable, and organized ownership. Despite other reviews, we had no issues with street noise despite a lively college downtown area. We had a great stay and would stay again.
