Condo vacation rentals in Gruene, New Braunfels

The king sized bed was very comfortable. The laundry machines are conveniently located in a closet in the hall. The kitchen lacks upper cabinets, leaving the only place for glasses and plates to be over the microwave and hood vent. Not a problem if you are tall, but for short people, you'd have to get them taken down for you and store them on the counter during your stay. There aren't very many microwavable dishes available.

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canyon Lake Villas condo. The condo located in the hill country and close to Canyon Lake was a fun trip for our family. We will be back on our next visit to New Braunfels.

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

enjoyed and loved my stay at the condo. very clean, loved that it had two tv’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom. very clean and spacious restroom. super cute and modern condo. it has everything you need! i love that it is pet friendly!!! i definitely recommend this place and for sure will book again when i go back to NB for my next trip!

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

This is the second time we have stayed at Claudia’s AirBnB and it was just as lovely as the first time. It’s located 15 minutes from anywhere you need to go - airport, The RIM or La Canterra for shopping, a huge HEB grocery store, etc. Claudia is very communicative and friendly. The only downsize is that there just isn’t a lot of parking at all. But we would get picked up and then off we went so not so bad. Great stay!

Place was awesome. Super clear! Everything looked brand new. Host was easy to talk to. Had a few questions and they were answered right away. Parking is really close. Front door is steps from the parking spot.

Our group has been coming to Gruene annually for 27 years! This is one of the best places we have stayed and it is our 4th year in a row here. Large living room sectional, great patio area are both great for lounging and hanging out. All big beds and the rarity of 4 full bathrooms … and the best thing is you can walk to everything! Our stay at Trisha’s house was very good! The place fit all 9 of us and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even Wurstfest. Trisha was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to be close to downtown.

This condo was perfect for our family, we were able to walk to Schlitterbahn and enjoyed the tubes and private river access. We also liked having the pool and hottub to relax in at the end of the day. Comfy beds. Great family vacation!

We had a great stay here. The area was by the river so was easy to walk down and enjoy some beautiful surroundings. It was a quick drive downtown or to Gruene and right next to a lovely park. Nice and clean space.

The space was perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean and the apartment had all the necessities for our stay. The surrounding area is peaceful, and we saw some deer! The pool was a nice touch to end our days. Our daughter loved that. Close proximity to all activities we planned, and conveniently located grocery store to stock up on forgotten items. Kelly was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again, next time for a longer period of time!

This was the perfect place for us. We were there for a wedding with a baby and it had an elevator to make things convenient and easy!! There was plenty of space to relax and have privacy! The patio was beautiful and peaceful!! We would definitely come back here! When we had an issue they responded immediately and had someone come look at it within 30 min and fixed and working! They were super nice and and gave us an early check in with our request! Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the air bnb it was a perfect lil getaway. The host even sent us a coupon code for boat rentals that she received which helped us save money.
