Waterfront vacation rentals in Grottammare

This ended up being such a surprising gem of a stay. We were just looking for a location near the Holy House of Loreto. Titti's place was right at the edge of the road you drive drive up to. This was perfect because we loaded our luggage right outside the door and there was zero traffic. From there, you walk under a bridge with train tracks and before you know it, you're on the beach! The accommodations were very nice and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a group of four. It was just enough space for that size.

Great place to stay. Very well equipped with absolutely everything. In fact probably only 1% of the things are listed but once you get in the home you have absolutely everything you need ( fully equipped kitchen including spices, detergents. All facilities work excellent. Instant hot water and heating, quiet location, very bright and clean. I noticed it has an extra foldable bed as well. I didn't need much because I only stayed for a couple of nights but if I was to come empty handed I could have had everything that I could possibly think of. Thanks Giuseppe for being so thoughtful about things which make a massive difference to others who are in transit . Would definitely go again! Highly recommend. I felt better than in any place I even stayed.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

This was a lovely apartment for our family of 6. We were able to have adequate room for all of us to be together or to separate with our own balconies. Having an outdoor and indoor dining table made meals together a lovely thing! Restaurants were easy to walk to and so was gelato. Overall, a wonderful home for our family trip!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. Marco’s apartment is fantastic. Superb unbeatable location in Pescara Centro with a beautiful sea-view. Modern renovation. Very good heating and aircon appliances for guests staying in winter and summer. We stayed in extreme winter and were very comfortable and warm inside which is rare for Pescara flats. Marco is also very kind, responsive and flexible. His friend who checked us in personally was also extremely friendly and kind and she made the check in process very smooth. I would strongly recommend Marco and his apartment to all. Thank you again.

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show. It feels like brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. A centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least out of season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
