My group and I had the most amazing time at your home. The location was perfect and near many beautiful places. The house was clean, had everything we could need, and many amenities. If I'm ever in Iceland again, that is the place I will want to stay. Thank you!

Great location, close to the golden circle. We were able to see the northern lights right at backyard. The two cats are cute and friendly. Sigmar was very responsive!

I highly recommend renting vehicles because the cabins are centrally located within a 2 hour drive to all the major attractions in the southern region. It's approximately 20 min north of Selfoss which has everything you need from gas, to groceries and shops. Also activate international phone coverage to assist with driving directions. I had 5G coverage through ATT for most of our travels in the southern region which helped getting around and because of this we never got lost to any location. The view was truly breath taking from any window between the river and snow cap mountains.

This place is great! Very cozy and close to the golden circle and Selfoss, which has great restaurants! We especially enjoyed the cozy vibe of the interior furniture and kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge combo. Magnús was really responsive when we had questions, and even got on the phone to walk us through how to fill the hot tub and turn off the lights so we could better view the aurora!

We were absolutely amazed when we walk in to the house. Hjordis’s house is even nicer than in to the photos! House was very stylish, clean and cozy and with all little details which were waiting there for us we were really amazed. There were also provided everything you should need during your stay here. Also instructions was very clear so we didn’t have a problem with anything. It was also great location for our shorter Icelandic trip and we catch everything we wanted to see from there.

Wonderfully proactive communication made for an easy self-check in. House was spacious and charming. All the listed amenities were available, though we didn’t stay long enough to use all of them. Try the local restaurants — especially the bistro— they’re amazing!

It was really great! A super well-equipped little cocoon that we were delighted to return to for rest!

The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything needed. Shower Soap and shampoo were not offered. The living room area had 2 beds instead of a sitting area, however the kitchen table and chairs were fine to sit at.

Esra’s place was great and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. It’s set in an apartment building that’s in close proximity to a food store, gas station, a food hall and a visitor’s center. It had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals and wash our clothes. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The town was situated in a good spot, not far from Selfoss and several natural attractions. The only con was the presence of a daycare next door with several loud children, sometimes into the evening hours. But this wouldn’t be a deterrent from us staying there again. We really enjoyed Esra’s apartment and the town.

Very nice place with lovely views. close to lots of great attractions. Spa just blocks away was a treat.

Wonderful place to stay, particularly if you are interested in going to the Fontana baths. Less than a 5 minute walk so great to get back 'home' after a long day of driving then walk over to the baths to relax. Place was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and the host is very responsive. Highly recommend!
