Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Grey Lynn

Had a lovely time at this air b & b. It is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and has a great view of the city. Liz was great with communication, and I found the check in service to be nice and easy. Would definitely reccommend and would love to stay again. Thanks Liz!

The house was absolutely stunning and Rick was a great host, with added touches to make the stay more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s in a beautiful location and the house itself has all the right amenities. It was a very luxurious stay indeed!

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Wow wow wow, what a place to find. From the moment we stepped though the door we felt at home. Tammee's home is absolutely spotless, with beautiful linen and furniture. She has provided everything you need and more, with so many thoughtful extras. Baby friendly, with the cot made up with sheets and a super soft baby towel provided. Tammee is a top host, with great communication, accommodative and friendly. We can't wait to visit again next year. Thank you so much for a 5+ star stay.

This is truly a city 'oasis' ! Everything we oldies needed we found, and Eugene Michael was so helpful when we needed any advice. We'll definately stay here again if we come back to Mission Bay! Chota and Bren

House was beautiful with amazing views. Both the pool and the hot tub were wonderful and the beach was short (10 min) walk. the kitchen and grill were great cooking and we loved all the Polish pottery! Overall, great location and house for our family.

We loved staying in Lisa's place. It is lovely and the heated pool was heavenly. The pictures are nice but the place is nicer 😀. Would love to stay again Thank you for making us welcome

A wonderful home close to Eden Park. We went to the P!nk concert, got to listen to for free on the first night and go ourselves the second. House was lovely and as described will, be back foe the next concert. Thank you!

Extremely beautiful place. We were wowed by the views when we got to the apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for returning to after a day out to chill and watch the sun go down in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Janine is a 'fully present', warm, unfussy - yet fully responsive - Host. There is a genuine relaxed nature about the home environment to which I felt completely welcomed to engage. The perpetual offer of tea, along with a friendly chat (if desired), was on-call at every turn - yet with zero-pressure to engage. It was one of those Airbnb experiences that strikes the perfect balance of being made to feel fully 'at home', while afforded the breezy, desired knowledge of being able to come and go as one pleases (without fear of disturbing anyone else). I will surely request staying again when back in Auckland (if Janine will have me). [Oh yes, there's also the charmingly elusive Rocky-the-cat, who will not be the least interested in your existence during your stay, (which I took as a direct challenge, and did manage to earn the occasional petting privilege). Being said, if cats are not your thing - not to worry, as Rocky will reflect your indifference with mathematical exactness!] 5 stars!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. So much to do, the movie theatre was awesome. Got to play some pool and ping pong. So much space in the yard for families with young children to run around in. We had a bbq and the house had plenty of dishwear to cater to our needs so we didnt have to go out and buy trays or utensils. Garima's communication and response time was fantastic. We loved our stay and would book again. Thanks for having us in your lovely home Garima 🙂

This house was absolutely incredible! The photos honestly didn’t do it justice it was just massive and the pool with the stunning view was a dream. The projector was also such a great touch and our guests had a lot of fun watching music videos and doing karaoke in the large room. Daisy’s communication was great throughout the process too. My only feedback would be there wasn’t enough basic kitchen items such as larger plates and platters for cheese boards or any salt, pepper and sugar that we could see so would suggest bringing your own! But apart from that super minor inconvenience everything else was incredible and everyone had an amazing time! Would love to return some day!

Great place to stay when visiting Auckland. Easy to get to Sylvia Park and city centre by car, not that you have to leave much as there’s plenty to do with the pool, bbq, spa, sauna and pool table! It was clean and tidy and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay again

this was a lovely, well equipped and spacious homes to spend a holiday. had plenty of space for our large group with small drive to the city but also remote enough that you almost forgot you were in the city. if we have a large group we will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

Absolute gem! Beautiful location, beautiful place. A must do for couples needing a quiet escape.

This is one of the best Air BnBs we've stayed in. This house is soo beautiful, functionally designed and is surrounded by lush forest. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay- fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, home office set up, and books. Highlights would have to be the shower/bathroom, the way it was designed made it such a peaceful place to relax, unwind and take in the nature all around you, and literally forest bath. Bird watching, soaking up the sun, and of course the large outdoor tub. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic, convenient spot for a long weekend in Waiheke. Easy walk into Oneroa beach and many attractions/cafes/restaurants. I only wish we had one more day. The description is accurate, so you can tell that the bathroom being on the lower level is a journey in the middle of the night. Parking is also a bit tricky, there was a grass lot about 2 blocks closer to town that seemed okay for us. A/C worked excellent on both sleeping levels and the hot tub is a nice tranquil getaway tucked into a tropical looking landscape. We hope to be back!
