Vacation rentals with a kayak in Grey County

It was a pleasure staying at the Sixth Great Lake, we have a wonderful time. I think you have a wonderful location there and your amazing and accommodations really made our stay relaxing and memorable. Tetyana was great at communication and responsive before and during our stay. The place is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all listed amenities . I would highly recommend.

We are a group of five friends who book a cottage at various Ontario locations each summer. This property was the best yet. Lindy’s home is very comfortable and well equipped with multiple seating areas both inside and out. The dock area looks out over beautiful Georgian Bay and it is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and hanging out. The hot tub was a nice touch on cool summer evenings and the entire home was large enough to allow our group to spread around a bit. Also, the rooftop bar area was such a fun and unexpected touch. We were happy to find this property and appreciated Lindy’s attention to detail and communication. We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

This place was amazing! The views were great, place was very clean, there was plenty of space, and everyone loved the hot tub! Would definitely go back here or to any other of Sulome’s homes. Great stay and experience!

Ginny's house was perfect for a couple's winter getaway. The house felt very spacious, the kitchen was big and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the beds were cozy and comfy. The location was great- felt private and close to the lake, but also close enough to the town in case you needed to run to the store. Ginny was super helpful in getting the driveway cleared for us after a big snow storm the morning we were leaving. We would love to come back again in the summer! Thanks for a great stay Ginny!

The home was spacious and comfortable. The added amenities were so wonderful and it was fully stocked with towels and shampoo/ conditioner as well as body wash. All the beds were great and each person from our family slept great. The kids loved the play room and shooting hoops. The views were scenic and stunning. Soaking in the hot tub while overlooking the lake and seeing sailboats in the distance was very peaceful. What a great find. The host Marisa was kind, thoughtful and even left us some goodies! We would highly recommend this rental location to anyone.

We used Dillan's place as more of a place to sleep while we skied and visited friends who live nearby. Great overall space. Lots of sleeping space, we all slept well during our visit. Plenty of seating in the family room, we were able to sit around and chat and play cards. The place is clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures (do not book if you expect high end and modern). Great location that overlooks the water and you can easily walk into town or it's a quick drive to a grocery store.

I can honestly say this was the nicest airbnb and cottage I’ve ever been to, and Ive probably been to over 40 in Ontario. Everything was perfect, from check in to the sauna the hot tub and the gorgeous architecture. Not to mention the ice rink that had pretty decent ice considering there’s no Zamboni! I will be staying again in the very near future! Thanks again for a great weekend!

Lacey's place was as described in the photos. they were very accommodating to our request. very responsive. we had trouble getting inside but once I messaged them they were very fast to respond and problem solved in no time. would love to visit again during summer time.

I arranged a fall weekend away with a group of lifelong friends who are busy with young kids, successful careers, holding together the life they're building and this location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Jennifer was an incredible host. She was responsive and ensured we were looked after to the fullest extent. This location had EVERY. SINGLE. detail nailed down, thought of and provided. We enjoyed it so much and left feeling refreshed, rested and recharged.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at Amanda’s beautiful cottage! The snow made the experience even more magical, though we can imagine it being just as stunning in the summer. The heated jacuzzi overlooking the serene view was a highlight for us—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cottage is incredibly private and exclusive, offering the peaceful retreat we were looking for. The house itself is spotless, cozy, and well-maintained. Amanda’s detailed instructions made navigating everything in the home so easy, and we appreciated how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The place had everything we needed and more. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Brent's cottage! Well equipped spot with as much seclusion as you need for a fun time

We stayed at Sanjaya’s beautiful cottage for our family holiday celebrations. We were able to gather together and we all had so much space to spread out over the weekend. The two kitchen spaces meant we could cook and heat everything for our big meal so easily!! The hot tub, ping pong table and air hockey table were incredible bonuses. We are already thinking about coming back next year. Can’t say enough about how perfect it was for us and our extended family.

Beautiful spot on the lake, nice big deck & close to snowmobile trails. We have stayed at many air bnbs & this was one of the most cleanest places we have stayed! Super easy check-in as-well!! Would stay again & recommend to others!

The place was Beautiful and clean Could use a compost Bin , the beach was clear and clean looking , the fire wood was dry it would light great and owners were great and was very friendly and helpful the bathrooms were clean and the shower had hot water that was great we will be returning lots on are own and with family, friends to set back and relax we Highly recommend.

Great stay! Jennifer was accommodating and flexible when we got completely snowed in on our check out day and helped us coordinate snow removal. The house is cozy, tranquil and has a great kitchen and hot tub.

We had a great time at Brian's place! The amenities were excellent and the lake was gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. If you walk out a bit at night you can also get a great view of the stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to buy propane and wood at the shop. The bathroom was also really clean and it was nice that there was hot water.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and set in such a beautiful, peaceful location. The fireplace was a perfect touch, making our evenings warm and relaxing. Communication with the host was effortless—they were always quick to respond and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

We missed this place as soon as we left. The property was gorgeous. The house was so cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The weather was great when we stayed. We couldn't have asked for more in a property. It snowed a ton, so my son was able to spend a ton of time sledding down the driveway. We made special memories here. I'm sure going to miss this place. We also couldn't have asked for more in a host. Breanna and Kylie were so helpful. They provided a book that had everything we'd ever need. There are QR codes that they put all over the cabin to help explain features of the cabin. They were very responsive whenever we asked for help. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great. They have an A+ property, but they're also A+ hosts. I'd 100% stay here again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hawthorn cottages and Brian as a host. I rented a one bedroom cabin for the weekend, and it was perfect. I was looking for a rest in relaxation and I found it. You have all of your basic amenities in the cozy, rustic dwellings. Simple and efficient. Great value for the experience. There is a shared bathroom facility, separate men’s and ladies’ washroom and a shower. It’s truly a little slice of paradise. So peaceful and every cabin is mere steps from the lake. Gorgeous scenery. I went as a solo female traveler and felt cozy and comfortable the entire time. It was perfect. Brian checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going well. Everyone there was so friendly and lovely. I look forward to returning.

A peaceful place and beautiful location must visit loved it

I was really satisfied with Rob's place. We are a family of seven people with lots of little ones. It's in a very quiet area, close by to blue mountain, scenic caves and lots of quiet beaches to enjoy sun , water and sand. I would definitely come to stay again. Rob was extremely helpful and always available.
