This house has everything and more! The location is walkable to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. A quiet neighborhood. Beautifully appointed home with plenty of space for gathering in a clean, spacious and comfortable setting. Our host was extremely generous and welcoming. They were extremely responsive in their timely communications. I would recommend this house to all!

Excellent location with plenty to do. The outside seating area was nice although the area was unusually cold so we didn’t really use it much. Spotless and had everything we needed.

Great location in a clean and pleasant home. We were in town for a wedding, with activities scheduled near the Quarter and at City Park. The home is convenient to both and the neighborhood is great for walking to grab a bite to eat or some coffee. Whitley's communication was great and she was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Such a wonderful home to stay in for a weekend! It was homey and had everything we could imagine needing. Most of all, we were so grateful for our hosts. They were incredibly kind and flexible. Hopefully we’ll be back for a visit in the near future!

Great stay! Very close to the French quarter! The host was very responsive and flexible with check in! Even had little gift buckets for our stay for the Super Bowl! Very thoughtful. Pictures were accurate. Great price!

We had a fantastic time at Daniel's for the Super Bowl (go eagles!!). We loved staying in Bywater, away from the FQ, but we loved we could walk there in a few short minutes. there's so much to do in Bywater, and this place is in the heart of it. oh and it different hurt that the Nola Eagles bar is directly across the street!!

We really liked the place and the location. I think a few more kitchen items, such as a toaster and cutting board would be helpful. Also the tv was old and we never could get Netflix to work on it. All in all it was perfectly fine.

We stayed at Kris's place for Super Bowl weekend while in town for work. This spot was comfortable for my team and I. We felt right at home. It had all the amenities we could ask for. Kris was also super accommodating on the last day, we had overslept a little not realizing our check out was at 10am and not 11am and I messaged him immediately once I realized to ask for an extra 15-30 minutes and he did not mind at all and said to take our time. That was such a relief and so kind of him. We would definitely stay here again. There was also a bunch of cute coffee shops and places in the neighborhood for us to grab a quick snack and coffee before heading to work.

It was a very nice place. Right on the corner is a wonderful place to get breakfast and coffee. Very walkable to the French quarter.

We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

Great spot that fits a group of people well. The outdoor area is a little oasis and a great grill to entertain your group. Great communication, clean space and everything you need. 10min walk to some of my favorite restaurants in town!

I loved everything about my stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. I felt extremely safe in the neighborhood no matter the time of day or evening. Our host was readily available and quite pleasant at every turn. If ever visiting New Orleans, this is a superb option for accommodation!

When I asked about cooking dinner for my daughter, they were so incredibly gracious and immediately welcomed me to use their kitchen. Not only did they make it easy for me, but they also went above and beyond by offering outdoor seating, ensuring that everything was comfortable and convenient for my daughter and her friends (and me!) Their kindness and generosity truly made the experience special. The space was perfectly located near campus, making it super convenient. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place. Var’s place over-exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family. The heated pool was a bonus. We spent most of our time outside by the pool. I would definitely like to stay here again!

The house was perfect for us, and Lori was a wonderful host! it looks just like the pictures. the neighborhood is quiet and safe and it was incredibly easy to get from there to the Superdome to watch the Eagles destroy the Chiefs :)

Leonor was very sweet and gave a few insights on the area! We had a little trouble getting in contact with Leonor on how to get in but she did say she was having phone issues, so it really wasn’t a big deal! The room was just how it is described! Driveway had a gate for extra safety. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks Leonor!

We had a great time. The accommodations was near everything. It would have been nice to have a yard with grass like the neighboring homes. Also, wasn't crazy about the shared parking situation. Extra blankets would have been nice, too. But, overall a very nice stay.

This was an amazing stay for a girls trip to NOLA. Please note - the house is HUGE. We were shocked at how spacious it felt. The neighborhood is quiet and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The location is great - we took the tram down to the quarter or up to some food spots we wanted to try. Ubers ended up being about $15 and maybe 8-10 minutes to get around otherwise to get us to the touristy spots we wanted to go to. This is a great spot to stay at, especially if you’re a group of girls. We never had any issues with safety and we ended up walking to a few spots directly from the house.

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

We had a wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood. Andrea was very nice and quick to respond if I had questions. I have nothing bad at all to say.

Positives: Lovely home inside. Up to date, clean and comfortable. Lots of light. A/C works very well. Large screen TV with lots of channels for the kids. Large porch in the front and small porch in back. Updated kitchen with stacked washer and dryer. Loved all of the windows in the kitchen. Loved the master bedroom with the large sitting area. Roomy and uncluttered with space for your belongings. Host is very communicative. Other: Neighborhood is not ideal though the neighbor we met was very nice. He warned us not to walk by ourselves, always have a companion. Porches could use some furniture and a good power washing. Neighborhood was noisy at night but calmed down by 11 or so. House has dead bolts and an alarm system. Overall, I would recommend this property. It was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child.

We had a lovely stay. The home is lovely and tastefully done. Website photos are accurate and as described. Having a dedicated, gated parking spot was an added bonus. Our visit was during Mardi Gras. Staying here allowed us to be close to the festivities and enabled us to escape to peaceful surroundings at the end of the day. Albert is a very attentive host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the home was very clean. The back yard lovely and inviting to sit for a spell at days end. Thank you Albert for a lovely stay.

Beautiful historic New Orleans home!! The house is full of charm and character. The hosts were fantastic and maintained great communication throughout the stay, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience New Orleans.
