Vacation rentals in Green Hills

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

What an amazing stay !! Janette was very helpful and very responsive! Super kind and her place was amazing and omg there were so many towels!! The kitchen was full stocked with whatever you would need to cook. The place was so cozy and well decorated, me and my guests had a wonderful time staying and would 10/10 recommend to stay there !! The property is beautiful with a wonderful little creek running through the back porch area just a fantastic place ! Also the master bathroom was insane!! Thanks Janette for a wonderful experience !! We where a group of 9 and it was super comfortable for all of us !

Charming home with character in a very desirable and convenient neighborhood. House had a terraced back yard which led right up to Love Hill - with incredible views from the top. Nice touches inside - loved the nostalgic games, records and old movie cameras from the 60s. Plenty of space for our large family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of wonderful amenities for our children to pass the time! Loved the big space for our family of 16. Plenty of fridge space with the second fridge downstairs. Further from Nashville than I thought (about 40 minutes).

We loved staying here! The location is no more than 15-20 minutes away from everything which was great. The WiFi kept going out here and there but any time I messaged her to ask a question, she responded quickly and was so kind. Would stay here again, for sure.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Nicely located near Broadway. Looks like an older style house, but beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedding, nice size living room, and a small kitchen makes for a great place to stay for a short or long stay vacation. We had a great time here and slept very well. The hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to try this place out.

Harley accommodated us for any request we had and was the perfect host. Having a great host makes renting a place and working around any request much simpler and gives you more time to enjoy your stay. The place was perfect for us as we visited for the Kill Tony show, which the house made it great for a fun hangout before and after since we were close to downtown. The house looked exactly as described Thanks again!
