This is an amazing studio house with own back garden and private entrance. Separet kitchen And livingroom. Hotwater heater available to use for the guest. Property located in a area which is surrounded by epping forest. A lake is just 3/4 min walk where you can go out for a walk or relax with a cup of tea. There is a horse farm just 3/4 min walk where you can hire a horse for an hour and go for a ride and you are still in London!! The nearest train stop Manor park/ Wanstead( central line)
