delightful apartment, in a lovely quiet area near to the university and to many shops and restaurants. it's much bigger than the photos make it look, and is a beautiful building with high ceilings and airy spacious rooms. the host is also really great and quickly answered all our questions and let us change check-in-out plans on the fly. strongly recommend this place!

Daniel's place is one of the best AirBnB I have ever stayed in. There is actually nothing to complain about. It is easily accessible from the main train station by tram and the same tram takes you into the city within 15 minutes. I will definitely book Daniel's place when I am in Graz again (if he is not already fully booked)!

Perfect stay from the beginning to end. Peaceful area close to everything by foot or bike. Apartment was large enough for our family with a crawling baby and a cat. Additionally, the back yard offered space to safely park a car, bikes and a stroller. We all enjoyed full equipment, toys, books and garden with a tomcat and hens. Claudia and her husband were always friendly and helpful even beyond their duties. We miss the place already and will be happy to come back again 😊

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

Rene’s place is great and the host responds and helps you as much as possible! No complaints at all! It’s a very interesting set up with the inside to the apartment complex being gated and covered. Beds are good and kitchen is stocked. The only thing to be aware of is the only shower is located at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. I had my dad with me who is 85 so he struggled with that, but unless you’re traveling with someone with age or a disability it won’t be a problem!

We used the stay as a stopover during our trip to Croatia. The beds were neatly made and everything was well cleaned.

The place is great. You can see whole city from the terrace. Lot's of lights in the living room. You can find here everything you need for your stay. We were there almost month, so changing the towels and bedding on request. Mr. Andreas is a great person who will help you with anything.

Great apartment, close to supermarket and the train station. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Parking spot is available. The host is friendly and kind. He text us for lost and found. Recommend the place.

Great connection, spacious rooms, extensive amenities and everything very clean ...I can only recommend everyone to spend their time in Graz with Klaus...in 15 minutes by 1 tram to the center...always happy to come back!

We spent 6 days at Simon’s place. Both Simon and Yanet greeted us warmly and recommended a lot of places in Graz to explore. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable short stay. The location is just a few mins walk from the centre where you can find everything. We especially enjoyed the Christmas markets at night since we were there for Christmas. The place is extremely well connecter by tram. We highly recommend Simon’s place

Excellent apartment in the best area in Graz. Close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as a green market a block away. Less than 5 minute walk to old town. Will definitely see if it's available when we come back to Graz.

There was nothing missing. Furnishings, space and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. The place is easily accessible, and even has its own parking space. Safety devices ensure a relaxed stay. Graz is easily explored on foot from the property, shopping is right around the corner. Great! A few additions to the kitchen inventory as well as a shower rod would bring bonus points. Overall, we would come back immediately, and would like to sincerely thank Heinz for his hospitality.
